Okay so I absolutely adored this daycare at first my kids went there for 3 days then I applied and started working there instantly as time goes on you see what goes on behind closed doors as you leave your child thinking they are in safe hands I’m referring to the toddler room I have a 2 year old and a 10 month old I worked in the baby room for almost 2 months but any way if your kid goes here I would say take them out instantly I’m not going to say what happened because it’s sickening I heard everything that happened all day long as for the baby room was right next door to the toddler room, but anytime I would bring up concerns of what happened and also have voice recordings of incidents they would ignore it or not do anything about the situations I showed the boss the video and I got fired the same day over voicing my concerns as a parent not an employee but as a parent mind you. This company is all for the money let’s be real.

Both of my children have been going here since November and I must say I do not have one complaint about them. I was extremely nervous about putting my kids in daycare because they have always been watched by family member but things changed and i had to keep my job so I can provide for my family. My daughter was 6 months old when she started and is now almost two and just loves it there and she feel so at home when she is there and my son as well loves his teachers and has met a lot of friends there and enjoys going in every morning. They do a lot of outdoor activates with the kids in the summer time which both my kids love. They come in and are there at 6:30 which works perfect for my schedule at work. Julie seriously makes the whole daycare so happy and fun. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of a dependable center. ALL OF THE STAFF ARE AMAZING!!!!

My child was consistently neglected at this facility. She often had disputes with other children and instead of being addressed from a developmental standpoint (she is 2 years old), they literally put her in a high chair in the hallway outside the classroom. She was routinely isolated from the other children because this facility is not equipped to teach children.There were constant physical altercations between the children. I understand that they are toddlers and this is going to happen, but we only received two incident reports in our several months there. It seems that the teachers paid no attention to the children and I have walked in there several times to pick my child up just to see the teachers talking to each other at a table or on their phones. My child consistently came home with cuts and bruises and when I would ask the staff they would have no idea how it happened.Instead of working with us as the parents, the director was routinely rude to my wife regarding my child's behavior and provided absolutely no insight as to what we could do to work together to guide her development.Also, there are virtually no safety procedures in place. You can just walk right in the front door which I have never seen locked and walk right to your child's classroom. If you are looking for a daycare to warehouse your children until you pick them up and have no interest in them developing or learning anything, this is the daycare for you. If you care for your child's development and safety, I suggest you keep looking.

They have been like family to us the past 4 years. Affordable,quality,reliable care for both of our children. I have always been particular who watches my kids & I trust them the ladies there. They also had a tough time during the pandemic & showed up for our children every chance they were permitted.

My child goes to kiddie launch learning the food is good the staff is great they open at 630am which really convenient with my work schedule I would highly recommend this day care to anyone who is need of daycare center my child learned so much from their teachers there.

I needed a daycare that provided before and after care with transportation at a reasonable rate. Kiddie launch has been a good experience so far. My son has been there for 3 months. We moved from out of state and the staff here especially Ms. Julie have been very kind. My son says he likes daycare better than school and he gets upset when we pick him up early because he wants to play. I don’t have any issues here.

My family was relocated from xenia to Fairborn. The first few months I had to drive out of my way to take my 2 & 4 year old to youthland academy. (Excellent & hands on learning) my boys loved all the staff. With winter coming and the extra driving I switched to kiddie launch in Fairborn. My boys started acting out & would not listen. They said they didn't learn anything just always played. Everyday they begged me to stay home. Food was gross and was always hungry when they came home. Staff was always rude & very judgemental. Had problems with their uncle who is on the list to pick them up dropping them off because of my transportation issue. I would call when they was going to be absent & never would answer. I highly recommend other sources for child care.

My son went here two years ago. He absolutely hated and still talks about how he's never going back. Staff there was very rude and would yell at the children. My son said that if he cried they would call him a cry baby. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone
