Doesn't check expiration dates. Causes extra unnecessary work. The people comes across as they are the only one with jobs. We all have jobs and do not have time to call over and over. As a side note we know that you do not send refill scripts in, we have to call.

The pharmacy staff was very kind. I pulled up my GoodRX to use and the worker at the counter went through and checked ALL valid coupons! Originally my medication was going to cost 60 dollars but thanks to the kindness of the worker it only costed me 40! They are also very fast and efficient too, as I had my prescription sent in at 2pm and they were able to have it ready just before close SAME day! Overall, kind and patient staff.

My doctor keeps sending a script for 5 vials of insulin. I'm on a pump. They refuse to fill 5 vials. Only 3 and have almost doubled the price.

I dropped off a prescription at 2:30 pm and was told it would be ready at 4 pm. I returned at 5:30 pm and was told it wasn't ready yet and would be another 30 mins. I stopped back at 6:15 and was told it wasn't ready, they were working on it, and it would be another 30 mins. I came back at 7:30 pm and was told it wasn't ready, and they didn't even have the prescription in stock. We've used this pharmacy for a few years and have always had some sort of bad experience. I don't recommend using them for any kind of important prescription.

I like this location, but after two of my prescriptions were entered incorrectly, and the expected ready times were not accurate, I'm not opposed to using another Kroger Pharmacy location.
