Horrible customer service!! The technician answering the phone…was beyond rude! I will NEVER have a prescription filled there again!!

I too have had many problems filling a prescription for hydro condone. It's not only through Kroger, but also over the years with Walgreens and CVS in Ohio. I'm 66 years of age and suffer from a tumor on my spine. Also a neck injury. We need to write our congress men and push for new regulations. We aren't! All drug addicts, just every day people who need help with pain. There's alot of people suffering and nobody seems to care! Something needs to be done.

Don't recommend using pickup at the Fairborn location. They will call you an hour before you order is ready to tell you they won't have your order ready that day and you can come the next day to get it but then completely cancel and remove it from your account anyway. This has happened multiple times and the customer service is awful. They just keep you on hold until the call ends and refuse to help at all.

Horrible! Friday nights get. Holiday weekend. Lines out the ting yang. No baggers- only 4 regular checkout lines open. And empty shelves!

This is absolutely the worst Kroger Pharmacy I have ever been to. Always understaffed. Lines for both drive-thru and inside. Nothing is ever there fault and they never apologize. They mess up my RX all the time. They asked me one time if I needed my heart meds and Diabetes meds. If you can go some where else.

Amazing job pharmacy girls.I dropped my prescription off 15 minutes before they were closing they didn't make me wait until the next day to receive my prescription.The urgency of my prescription was well needed .Thanks so much for being fast ,efficient ,considerate , putting customers first and going above and beyond job duties to make customers happy .It's really appreciated!

The lines here are always very long, and the pharmacy is hard to contact via the phone line. They seem chronically and continuously understaffed.

Seriously understaffed and it shows long waits nothing ready on time and you never know if they'll even bother to open the drive thru came out of way just to get 1 prescription and the drive thru is closed in the afternoon midweek that shouldn't happen ever

This is the pharmacy that gas lights you. Anytime they screw up, they seem to want to manipulate you to feel as though it's your fault. No accountability and no apologies. And definitely NO SMILING!

We have been customers of this pharmacy since the store opened. We are pretty much pleased with the service, it only takes having your info available and being patient to get excellent service! If you are picking up a Rx, call ? or check the website to see if your Rx is ready. Or just go inside. Don’t leave a request for a refill on the answering machine. I have found this just doesn’t work!! On the whole, we’ve gotten excellent service, considering the conditions we have been through during the past two/three years.

This is without a doubt the nicest Kroger location I've ever visited. The store is huge and generally very clean. The floors are always polished and shining, the produce department is usually well-stocked with quality produce, and the deli appears to be clean and sanitary with a nice selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. During my visit on Nov. 9, I waited at the deli counter for almost 30 minutes before it was my turn to place an order. It was approximately 2pm and only one employee was working in the deli. At first, I was very annoyed by how long I had to wait, but by the time it was my turn, I felt sorry for the deli worker. She was doing the best she could by herself and kept her cool with numerous customers waiting to be helped. Usually deli customers must take a number and wait for their turn, but the number dispenser has been missing for more than a month. It's not easy to keep track of who was waiting ahead of me and who arrived after me. The deli worker apologized for the wait and was sweet and professional. I've heard that they simply cannot get people to work, so she is stuck trying to cover the entire department herself. There are certain areas of the store that are roomy and easy to navigate while other areas of the store have numerous large displays in the middle of the aisles making it a complete cluster! The customers tend to be rude and have a sense of entitlement, so they block the aisles, take their good old time, cut in front of people, and don't respect the personal space of others. Society today... My biggest complain about Kroger is their weekly featured saving items that require the customer to select digital coupons in order to get the sale price. I successfully select the coupons and meet all of the requirements in small print, but I always get cheated. I hear this from many people. It is difficult for the elderly as well especially if they do not use a smart phone.

A little bit of kindness would go a long way with these people. But they are NOT people! When someone can ignore you for 10 minutes and then serve the person next to you and then rudley tell you you're just going to have to wait, it makes a person feel like less than zero! My blood pressure is already high and when picking up my blood pressure medication makes my blood pressure go through the roof it doesn't help matters very much. I still don't have my medication. If this gives me a stroke I hope my family will sue the pants off of you! This review is proof you so called PEOPLE are the reason for my demise! I'm going to try to get my medication later today if I'm still alive. I should get an apology as soon as I get there or this review will stand as is. I hope everyone reading this has a grateful day!!
