Just called and got prescriptions moved over from another meijer pharmacy. Call answered quickly and friendly. Lasted less than a minute and meds will be ready today. No complaints here!Edit: got my booster waited about 5 min until seen then, sat 15 min to make sure all clear. I saw the most efficient store pharmacy in my life. People coming and going asking questions super kind staff. It’s weird to take time to write a review about a pharmacy but what I’m seeing is very unique haha thank you meijer! (Kr0ger who?)Edit again: it’s literally the best pharmacy in town. If you have complaints the issue is likely your own. The pharmacist (Kim) is very friendly and I’ve seen her double checking with patients all the time ensuring they are aware of potential risks and complications. The staff is very knowledgeable.

Waiting by the drive thru for already 30 mins asked if I needed help 3 times asked me the name and all 2 times and still nothing .. place is a joke if you gotta get meds go to another one the 2 people in here don’t wanna do the job

There is a reason that they have 2.6 stars. I'd give them zero if I could. No advocating for patients. I'm disabled and have CHF, collapsed lung, Hx of pneumonia x 2, etc. I'm not old enough to the vaccines my MD wanted me to get - by 8 months. Jeez, you'd think healthcare people would want to help, but not at Meijer. Won't be going back; transferring my prescriptions. Wonder if this is even legal. Oh, and pharmacist got really, and i mean really snarky when i said i wouldn't drive up there for just the flu shot.

They have lost my adhd meds(controlled substances) script for multiple times in the past . I then have the gall to tell me to ask my doctor for a new script. Today I've called multiple time to get a refilled and have been hung up on every time.

People really love to complain about pharmacies and I just don’t get it. I’ve been going to this location for a year now probably come 2-3x a month (sadly) and there’s never been a single issue. I’ve used drive thru and walk up and most I’ve waited is like 10-15 minutes. I also switched from Kroger years ago and went to Meijer in Wilmington also no issues there.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy around! They text you saying your prescription is ready for pickup and then when you get there they don't have a record of filling it and tell you to come back later. Then you come back and get the same response. This is the very last time I will use this pharmacy, Meijer should just close it.

DO NOT use this pharmacy if you actually want to get your medication on time. I have been using them for about a year and never once have they had all of my prescriptions ready. I am good about not waiting until the last second to refill so I haven’t been hit by any big issue besides constantly wasting my time for multiple trips. I am now quite sick and need my medication asap and they already were a day late. I got a text saying it would be ready by 2pm today and when I got there I was told they were hours behind. The. I got a text at 7pm saying they can’t fill any of my prescriptions until a week later. How is this okay!? Thank god it wasn’t my heart medication. This entire store has issues. Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacy Intern Holly displayed obvious racism to the elderly man in front of me who simply asked if his prescription was ready. He didn’t speak english very well and Holly became for condescending and raised her voice at him. When the white man behind him came up to the counter to ask the same question, it was nothing but smiles. Extremely disappointed.

This pharmacy is always fantastic. I’ve experienced a few different pharmacies in the area and none of them can compare to here. They’re always quick to fill prescriptions and so friendly. Honestly, the whole store at this location is great.

Condescending, unprofessional, and unorganized. Constantly questioning my medications when I have been going here over a year now. That is something between me and my doctor. When they aren’t out of line then the medication always seems to be out of stock.

I usually don’t have a bunch of trouble with this Pharmacy, I have had a few issues in the past with my prescription being out of stock but this one has to be the worst so far.First off, how are you out of stock of insulin? That’s a pretty common prescription, especially my Novolog considering it’s the most generic form of Novolog, it’s in a 100mL vial so it’s not a specific pen or something that’s a “special order”. I refilled my prescription Tuesday (02/02/2022) and it is now Monday (02/08/2022) so almost a week later.I’m currently out of insulin entirely, I have not eaten in 24 hours now due to needing to “ration” my insulin. My blood sugars have been extremely high and way out of range for over a day now because like I stated before, I’ve been needing to “ration” my insulin. If they’re out of stock of insulin (because it’s happen a few times before) they usually ask me if I want the prescription to be transferred to a different pharmacy for it to be refilled. Well, I know for certain they are aware how important insulin is to me as I’ve been going here for YEARS and I’m consistently there for prescriptions (insulin is also just general quite important for type 1 diabetics!!) but this time they never asked me if I wanted the refill transferred.The only reasons why I did not rate lower is because 1.) I called in and told them they need to transfer that prescription ASAP and they did.2.) They usually make right of any situation3.) I just generally enjoy the staff that works there. Yeah, sometimes they may be more irritated or impatient than usual but everyone has those days so I’d never hold that against someone. I hate complaining or giving people a reason to stress out but this time was ridiculous to be honest.
