Don't use the online ordering. We ordered closet shelves from them and two boxes came already opened with no hardware. Inside the store is fine, just make sure you check stuff because they obviously don't.

I love this store but I do feel as if the process of finding, purchasing, and picking up wood was slightly more efficient. It was my first time but a bit frustrating. We had the hardest time with it all. I suggest gaming the sections where wood pick up is located had it on the paper similar to IKEA’s self service pick up.

Great store, but your concern for customer safety in doing things is terrible. Customer service on the floor is terrible as well, why have so many employees and none want to help?
They really shouldn't be operating a fork lift in an aisle with customers, especially when the employee really is not paying attention.
Employees are in abundance, but usually not willing to help, they usually see the customer and go the other way. What happened to engaging with customers?
Prices are much less than their competitors, even more so with the rebates.
Handicap accessible doors, restrooms. The scooters are not always charged, or never to be found.

2 times I've visited and both times they had no power scooters available for my wife who has a broken foot. They only have 2 available at any given time. Kroger, right next door manages to have around 10....2 power chairs for a store this size? Get real. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Everywhere else seems to easily accommodate customers with mobility needs...

Bought a shower door from them, and the tool broke. Went to the store and told them, and they made it right. Fantastic employee, I hope they are paying them real good they deserve it

First thing, you never find anyone to help when you need it. Second thing prices are not always the best. Third, I have never received a rebate check for anything that I sent for rebate. I’d rather go to Lowe’s or Home Depot, and not worry about the prices, the help, or having to send in rebates.

What a great place! Everyone I met was helpful and professional, and the selection of tile and bathroom fixtures was outrageous! Everything seems to be really clearly marked and laid out beautifully. One of the gentlemen told me that they pretty much have everything in stock, and if they don’t, they’ll get it. I just found it so easy to get around and a joy to search for what I needed. I will definitely go back to Menards.

Went in to spend over 1k on a new shower base and door and was told that the glass I wanted was out of stock so I asked if they could reduce the price on the next size up (roughly 60$ extra) GM said no way and refused to work any sale with me i left with my money and will be heading somewhere else
