This place is great. I am 49 now. The first time I visited I was 19. I remeber I got a NCR computer here and used it for years! This place always has a great selection of hard to find items, for PC's, HAM Radio Stuff, and general electronics. The have a huge selection on Cable and Wire too. There prices are reasonable. Roger is a great guy and I always enjoy talking to him for a few minutes.

This is the quintessential store for hard to find parts for electronic parts. Cash is definitely preferred, old school store. Extremely helpful and handy.Highly recommended

For Workshop Tinkers & inventors this place is a dream come true! It has everything you could ever need, & 5,000 items you didn't even know you neededb or even existed for that matter. Everything from obscure components of your grandfather's days, all the way up to brand new modern items. They had something I was looking for that literally no one else had Within 60+ miles of Dayton, so I went there for that one thing, but left with 15 other things I didn't even know I needed till I got there. The owner was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, & helpful! Even though it is over a 45 minute drive from my home, I will ALWAYS go here FIRST from now ON. Also, I'm very happy to support a small business that has been owned & operated by the same guy for 40+ years. Thank you Midwest surplus electronics!

Store is always great for those things you can never find. Roger is always a big help. The store is a staple of downtown Fairborn .

I first stepped in this mans door 6 months ago and it was early so we ended up drinking coffee and stepped out side to smoke and he gave me a run down of electrical circuits mainly p and n type transistors and how they work on a molecular scale.we talked for probably 2 hours and now I got there at least 3 times a week for various thing. The copper wire area in the back I PROMISE you you will not find copper anywhere cheaper than here. Also I spoke to the man about possibly cutting a tree down but now having the equipment to do it so he went out of his way and brought in a chainsaw for me and sold it to me for practically nothing. That is a truly good person who we do not have enough of in this world.

This is an outstanding place to get parts, connectors, and used equipment. They have a tremendous inventory and really good prices. Definitely worth the trip.

Went in and person working asked if I needed help, and as I started to tell him what I needed help with he received a phone call, and then promptly started helping a customer who walked in after myself.

One of the last standing electronics parts houses left in the area. Large selection of classic electronic parts and supplies. Clean, neat and organized. Highly recommend.

I live in the Dayton area and have been going to this place for many years. It is very clean and well-organized, and the owner (Roger) is nice. It's not a huge place (certainly not as big as Mendelson's), but it has just about anything you might need. And unlike Mendelson's, you can actually find what you need!

Electronic parts mecca. Avoid the hassles of online ordering, shipping costs and delays when you need electronic components and enjoy browsing the aisles. Support a local retailer with a great parts inventory.
