This location is attached to their Distribution Center and has their largest selection of clearance merchandise. Lori and Laura have the utmost integrity and care for the customer. They worked overtime to find the same bed a customer had chosen after some delivery damage. Customers will always give these 2 ladies their business. Lori was extremely helpful, showing the customer several different styles of dressers and taking her time to allow the customer to look and decide which one would be best. The customer never felt rushed nor abandoned, and Lori was there to answer questions at all times. A sweet and helpful lady made sure a customer got what they were looking for, and the customer was so very thankful for all her help. A customer's wife and him have been on the hunt for a perfect mattress since November 2023. They tried 3 different big brand mattresses and disliked them all. They decided to check out Morris Outlet in Fairfield and met a wonderful man named Charles Westfall who not only found them the perfect mattress but was able to provide more details and facts about the Stern & Foster brand to better equip them with making the right decision. He was an amazing person and salesman. Excellent customer service, with texts and phone calls after the order to inform the customer of the progress of order fulfillment since one item was backordered. The customer wished all companies provided this type of accountability.
