Standalone ATM accessible from your vehicle. ATM is near the police station and post office - felt very safe there. The turn radius to get in and out of the ATM lane is pretty tight, probably couldn't get in there with a long vehicle or trailer but nonetheless it worked when I got there and I was on my way.
