I got a full set. The woman that did my nails cut me with the drill. She went to another nail got my skin I pulled back she told me not to pull back, I let it go. She did it again on the next nail and kind of got an attitude and said if I pull back it’s going to cut me, which she already did, and I said well you keep getting my skin with it that’s why I’m pulling back. Because it was hurting.. she said yeah and nothing else. One of my nails isn’t even filed straight on the top I have all kinds of acrylic stuck under nails and have another cut from where my skin was stuck to my nail..

Been here twice, the first time was good, second time not so good. The lady that did my pedicure bout tore off my cuticles on each toe, is what it felt like and practically did with one toe that started to bleed in which I still have the scar. When the incident happened she side eyes me as to know what she did in hopes I didn't notice, then proceeded to spray something on the toe which made it worse. I won't be going back though I planned to, but it's a wrap. No thanks. Stop scheduling new customers with workers that aren't really qualified. If anything schedule new customers with the techs that have been there and know what their doing

When the customer entered, she was warmly greeted by one of the owners. When she asked if they were accepting walk-ins, the owner politely explained that they were fully booked for the day but kindly encouraged her to schedule an appointment for the following day. At no point did I sense any rudeness or judgment in the owner’s tone—just professionalism and courtesy.
As someone who has been coming to Pro Nails regularly, I can confidently say that my experience has always been excellent. My nail tech is consistently friendly, prompt, and professional. The salon offers a wide variety of services at some of the most reasonable prices I’ve seen in the past five years.
If you’re looking for a clean, professional, and welcoming environment, I highly recommend Pro Nails.

I made appointment online but called to see if i could get in a little earlier bc I was in the area. They were very accommodating and got me 45 min early. Everyone was friendly and professional. Got and excellent pedicure with a decent price. I will be back!

First time there. Got there 10 mins before my apt. Picked my color. Sat down to wait. I waited 45 mins while the 2 lady employees sat in the back talking. Another customer came in. Picked her color and was greeted right away for her apt which was 15 mins later then mine, at that point I was done waiting I walked out. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

This was my 2nd manicure
The girl pulled the cuticles out beside each of my nails. I yanked my hand bk because it hurt. The 40+ woman told me not to yank my hand back. When the manicure was done, all the sides of my fingers besides by nails HURT! They hurt for days. I had 3 nails that got infected from her yanking my cuticles out. I had to go to the doctor & get antibiotics. I am a diabetic & cannot let infections go. After the dr appt i stopped in and told her about my fingers getting infected from her yanking out the cuticles. She LIED & said she did not yank but only snipped them. I know how badly they hurt & it was from yanking them! She was not sympathetic or apologetic. She didn't offer to refund my money or offer a complimentary manicure. DONT GO THERE!!!

Horrible. The lady was rude and made me bleed also gave me a burn. Not to mention they lie abt their prices and don't take walk ins like stated on their website.

Myself and my 2 daughters went in to have our nails done and the ladies there were amazing! They did exactly what we asked for and we all were happy.
Requested style: I personally asked for stiletto and got them, one daughter wanted almond and they look so good and the other wanted coffin.

The staff were friendly and balanced walk ins fairly well. I got my nails done by Teresa. She was extremely friendly, personable, and talented! She took on my request for a specific design on the ring finger nail with confidence and did an amazing job! I feel so ✨fancy✨ with my new nails. Thank you Teresa!

My wife went in to get her nails done when they first opened today. Sat there for more than a half hour without a single acknowledgment. Incredibly poor service. She ended up going elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unfortunately.
