I had absolutely no issues renting a recliner with the store until it came time for me to return the recliner. While everyone I spoke to was super nice and professional, they seemed to lack communication skills and here's why. When it came time to pickup the recliner, no one showed up to my place of residence on the agreed date and time. When I called the store AFTER the scheduled 2-hour window to figure out happened, the individual I spoke with on the phone said that they were down one driver for the day due to sickness. Okay.. thanks for letting me know after the fact. I understand that things happen but that should have been communicated to the customer well in advance if you knew someone was out for the day. Something as simple as "Hey, we had a driver call out sick today and while we are actively searching for another driver, we may need to reschedule your appointment." I thought that this might be a fluke so I gave them a pass and let it go and rescheduled the pickup for another date and time. Again, no one showed up on the agreed rescheduled date and time. I got a call 15 minutes after the scheduled 2-hour window informing me that they were running behind.. Clearly you guys are running behind schedule when you miss the the scheduled window and call 15 minutes AFTER. In my opinion, this should have been communicated well before that point in time even if you think you might be running late. I mean, you have a 2 HOUR WINDOW! Why is it so hard to communicate? So again, I reschedule the pickup for sometime later that same day and again no one showed up. At this point I'm frustrated and I've called the store so many times that they recognize my phone number when I call. I'm sure they were also just as frustrated when I kept calling and when I called for the last time this is how someone answered the phone.. "What is the problem now Mr. Velez?" I said the problem now is that no one has shown up to pickup this damn recliner again. After they called the driver, FINALLY after 3 failed attempts and poor communication from the store, they finally picked up the recliner on the 4th attempt.

When i tell you that i have never had such amazing customer service in my life i am not kidding. Everyone at the fairborn location was so unbelievably nice!!! and not to mention that they told me my name washer and dryer set would be delivered between 1 and 3 and it came before one!! they were done delivering by 1!! absolutely recommend them

I’m not sure if I’m rating the store, the app, or the company but I’m a returning customer so they’re doing something right. My favorite part is the 6 months same as cash that’s-a huge help!

Incredible!! Great Customer Experience!!!Chuck gave Great Customer Service!We were able to pick up our item in no time at all.He even helped me carry items to the car.I felt very welcomed at this location!This Rent-A-Center was clean and sanitized. I'm glad I could do business here today!
