I rented a storage online but I can't get ahold of them to figure out which one I'm using. I have a unit number that doesn't match a storage number and i do have an access code.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I was sick and they never called me to tell me they emptied out my storage. And when I called to check on it to make Payments, they gave me BAD BAD attitude!!! Zero customer service. Zero compassion. Just empty out my valuables without a single call.When I questioned her why I didn’t get a call she said with total attitude: “ it’s your fault for not changing your address”. Me:”But you have my phone number. “ Her: “ it’s not our policy to call” !!! I’m heartbroken. And really upset about the attitude that was totally uncalled for. Having a stranger yell at you is quite disconcerting.

Absolutely unprofessional. I tried reserving a unit, but the people that handle the actual renting dont work daily. Was told I would get a call back on Monday after the weekend from the lady that handles the Fairborn location. Never got a call. Called them back and the guy on the phone had to walk around and talk to everyone there just to find out any information. Then was told "No, you were supposed to call us" Then they told me the person that rents is not in again today, so you will need to call back tomorrow. i said fine, but told them again, i was supposed to get the call as i didn't even have the number of the person that rents. They then said "heres whats going to happen, we are not renting to you."
