Deedee, and the staff at TCA are fantastic! I have been working with them for six years now ordering custom designed shirts for Drama Club, Marching Band, Choir, Class Shirts, and more. The products are always outstanding and very reasonably priced. They work hard to reach the deadline that you need, and are always top notch. Thank you TCA, you have never disappointed, and always go out of your way to help me get what I need!!

I dropped my daughter's jacket off at the end of July 2021 to have a few patches and letters added. I paid up front. I was told it would take 3 weeks to complete and that I would receive a phone call. After waiting until the beginning of September, my daughter and I both began calling weekly to check progress since no one had contacted us. We were finally called on September 21 and told it was ready. I had to pay another $10 because they forgot to charge me for letters. If you need something in a timely manner, I wouldn't suggest you buy here.

I tried too get vinyl lettering done.Not professional at all.Never return call.Placed size order and they flat out ignore me.I would not recommend this company.Customer service is non existent.Like they pick and choose what they will or wont do.Placed same order in Beavercreek and picked up next day. Dont recommend

Needed groomsmen presents embroidered for my upcoming wedding. TCA team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They did a great job executing the custom design I provided to them and completed before the deadline. Would absolutely recommend!

Customer service and communication is horrible.
Very disappointed! I wanted to use a local company but it seems I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very poor communication between company and customers. I did not receive my product until I demanded a refund. I began working with the company in late September and it is now early Feburary and I still have not received my product. Very disappointing customer service.
