They really need to work on customer service training at this location. I hope they are able to find employees who are willing to help their customers. After 2 back to back bad experiences (including my rental randomly being cancelled the night before after being booked for over a week with no assistance to resolve the problem) I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Super fast very helpful they didn't have any vehicles available when I called so I left my number and within 10 minutes got a call with a van rental ready thanks home Depot

Home Depot delivery service for appliances is horrible, first they said that I wasn't home when I was, no knock, no door bell, no call on the same cell number saying on their way, nothing. Either they are liars and never even tried to deliver of expected me to sit in the front lawn waiting for them. Now they were supposed to deliver today and but instead we get a email saying it won't be delivered for another week. I called "customer service" like they care about customers ha! So I can chase people around to get this fixed. Even though their department is open I have to keep calling back because they can't help me until later.. this is complete BS. NEVER ORDER anything you need delivered, really just consider not shopping here at all

The least helpful Home Depot I have been too. The staff is not knowledgeable about their departments. The staff are usually having conversations amongst each other and completely ignoring you. You often times have to interrupt a conversation to get any help at all.

Two stars because manager Steve was a good guy who was reasonable and willing to work with me. Zero stars for manager Carol and tall rental manager who were both jerks. I rented a nail gun that did not operate properly and was not able to finish the work I had rented it for due to malfunction I brought the tool back within the appropriate time frame. I called the Nextiva and Steve said it would be no problem to rent the tool gun at no cost. All I had to do was tell them "Steve said it was OK". I picked it up no problem. Upon return the tour manager and Carol both said they knew nothing about it and would not process it. When I called to talk to Carol directly because the tour manager was rude in person... We had a telephone exchange where she raised her voice to me first and I responded in kind, and then she hung up on me rudely. This is the kind of leader ship , Not including Steve that existed Beavercreek Home Depot.

I Don't Recommend Ordering stuff online and picking up next day..I got a text saying my order is ready for pick up I go there the the order is not ready..But there send a text saying it's ready..one screwed up ordering. service.

The wife got me this for my birthday ordered it goes to pick it up they don't even have it waiting on her the guy goes in the back to get it and this is what the box looks like that he gives her to bring home what a way to do service

I ordered a door with a transom back in July, and due to Covid it took 3 months to get it ordered and delivered. Tracy kept me updated every step of the way. The door ended up being shipped and delivered with no transom and Tracy made sure they got it back and found a way to expedite the service without having to completely re-order the door and make me wait another three months. I'd like to say thank you to Tracy and the management team ASM Steven and The store manager Tiffany for making this process less stressful and for taking care of its customers.

I purchase TONS of wood from here often and have it cut to the sizes I need. Well today wasn't the first time I had a terrible experience with customer service there and their lack of knowledge when using a saw. I will take my business and money to Menards or Lowes from now on.
