Bought an 09 impala 2 days ago. My first inclination, that this was going to be a bad experience should have been when the car wouldn't start. The female seller ( Holly) gave me a long spill about her son leaving the light on the night before. But come to find out, it was a bad battery. My friend drove it to my home and parked it. The very next day I had to make a couple runs. So my aide and I jumped in it, I started my day. About forty five minutes into drive, the car completely cuts off into the middle of traffic and gives me a code (p0455) for a purge control valve, which is forty bucks. Got it installed and started the vehicle. I instantly heard a knock. My mechanic tells me that the noise is due to a rod in the engine. Ultimately now I need a new engine. I've been in contact with the female whom I purchased it from (Holly) and explain to her that the cars engine was messed up. She sent me a text message back and then block me. Horrible experience and a waste of $3400. Im paralyzed and this was all the money I had saved up to purchase a vehicle to get to and from my medical appointments, grocery store, and just some sense of freedom and mobility. Now I'm back to square one minus $3400

Notice the few good reviews are only 1 review profiles. Very sketchy people, blocked me on marketplace when I asked too test drive a car on the highway. Preying upon vulnerable people is disgusting, pulling codes on auction cars instead of fixing them, the southwest Ohio special.

DO NOTTTT BY HERE. OH MY GOODNESS. I WENT HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. I THOUGHT IT WAS A OK PLACE AT FIRST. NO ITS A UNDERCOVER JUNK YARD. THEY WONT LET YOU HAVE A MECHANIC INSPECT THERE CARS. THEY ONLY ALLOW 10 MINUTES ON A TEST DRIVE. ON OFFERING SOMEONE TO RIDE ALONG SO I COULD FEEL THE VEHICLE OUT ON THE HIGHWAY THEY SAID THEY DONT ALLOW THE VEHICLE TO BE DRIVEN ON THE HIGHWAY. WOW... THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME. AT THIS POINT LKQ LOOKS AS A BETTER OPTION TO GO WITH. MY ADVICE IS LOOK PAST THIS PLACE THERES SOME TRULY GOOD PLACES TO SHOP FOR A CAR IN FAIRBORN.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST TIM'S WIFE LIED TO MY ATTORNEY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST MY NEPHEW CAUSE HE IS BLACK I BOUGHT A 2010 CHEVY EQUINOX OFF THEM ON AUGUST 18TH DROVE IT HOME AND THE NEXT DAY I TOLD THEM THEIR WAS A HEAVY OIL SMELL COMING FROM VENTS and check engine light came on with brake lights THEY CLAIMED IT WAS BECAUSE THE MOTOR WAS REBUILT WRONG ! I DROVE IT AROUND THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS CAUSE IT WAS A NEW MOTOR IT JUST NEEDED TO BE DRIVEN THE MOTOR STARTED KNOCKING WOULD NOT SHIFT HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED HOME had it srviced was told my mechanic i was scamed they unplugged battery long enough to reset sensors the motor was never replaced and the timing chain needed repaced including motor CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THEY DID NOT AWNSER I THEN MESSAGED THEM ON FACEBOOK AT A LATE HOUR DUE TO WORK hollies stalked Mt facebook told my attorney that I drove it to Florida not true had rental papers to prove it then told the attorney that I was selling it on Facebook to make money wth no never happened tried months later to sell as scrap it was not running never buy from these scam artist you will regret it

Saleman said the belt squels for a minute when first started after 10 minutes still squels . i litened closer it is either the idler pully going out or water pump . i told him i wanted to test drive it and stop by a garage have machanic see what it is and the cost to fix . he said they dont allow customers to take to a mechanic for inspection . iam 70 yrs old and never heard a car lot say you cant take it to a mechanic for an inspection unless there hiding something . STAY AWAY read the ohio lemon laws

got a 2013 dodge dart that “runs well and is a great car” on the drive home the car said the engine was too hot, and check engine light came on, mechanic said all 3 heater hoses need replaced because there is a coolant leak and that leakage has damaged some other parts of the engine. If you buy a car from here be prepared to spend a couple thousand in repairs.

This place is terrible. About a year ago I bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox and I thought I walked out with a steal. Only 66,000 miles on it. In the same day the check engine light comes on and my car is dying. Turns out I needed a new head gasket. A week later I needed a new set of tires. I got it fix and drove it for a few months and it stops working again. I got it checked out and it needs a new engine and new catalytic converter… $14,000 to get it fixed. Hollie knew what she was doing having some young adults who didn’t really know what they were doing go in there and buy a car. THE FIRST THING THAT IS SKETCHY IS THEY ONLY ALLOW 10 MINUTE TEST DRIVES. (me not knowing anything about it) This place is a scam!!! Don’t go there at all. I learned my lesson!

This place is a SCAM!!! Dont buy from here. They tell you nothing is wrong with the car and then u end up buying only to be ripped off. I got a car last month and one day later the transmission went then after the engine went. I paid for the transmission to be replaced before the engine went. Put 8 thousand into a car that can't even be drove. The car is junk at this point and there is no way they didn't know all this was wrong with the car. They are liars!!! DON'T BUY UNLESS U WANT TO PAY FOR NOTHING

Bought a car and it went out on me as soon as I left the parking . The lady in th office locked the doors and trespass me for being on property without trying to communicate with me. Smh tried to call and no answer . Now I'm out of thousands. Smh not a place anyone should ever buy from . Probably selling these without checking on them. Terrible place to get a car smh don't do yourself wrong by going here!!!!!!!!!!!!
