I recently went into this bank after having a fraud-related incident. I thought the staff was extremely helpful and worked very quickly to resolve my issue as well as answer all the questions I had.Things were a little awkward when the person I was working with asked me to sign up for a new credit card in the middle of a situation similar to identity theft. I bet he is required by corporate to ask though, and as soon as I said no he dropped the issue.I've been back several times and always gotten excellent, timely service, with or without an appointment.

Isn't it difficult to "stand with our communities" when the local branch is closed?Someone at US Bank is listening to the propaganda media a bit too much.

The hours keep getting shorter and shorter. How can any bank only be open from 10-4? They use to have great hours. Making me look for other bank options with better hours.
