Service Review - I was visiting friends and on my return home Sunday night (still in N. Dayton area) the engine light came on, along with Engine Power Reduced message, a bit scary.I got car to a gas station and had it towed to Jeff Schmitt service bay. The next day I was able to speak with George Craig, service manager, and, he had already found my keys & car and started looking it over at 7:30 am....I told him the story and he said they would try to work on it through the day.WOW!! Who offers this type of service in 2023 ?The overall service, communication, replacement part, and even some normal maintenance on my 2013 car....WERE ALL ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATION I HAD !!But thanks to George and the mechanics... I was on the road at 4:00 on Monday afternoon. Best Buick service ever and my thanks for your care and kindness !!

George our Service Advisor was Outstanding.We explained our issue with our Buick Encore and he ask us to have a seat in the customer lounge while he checked things out. About 5 minutes later he came in and told us he needed to keep rhe vehicle. George already had the Customer Courtesy Shuttle ready to take us home. He kept us updated on a timely basis. When the repair was completed the Shuttle came to our home and took us back to the Buick Store. Gary the Shuttle Driver was very friendly and polite. When we arrived back at the Buick Store our Encore was inside waiting for us. WOW talk about Service. George met us went over the work order and charge. Also the Buick Store was spotless very comfortable Customer Lounge. George should be considered a Asset to your organization. ☆☆☆☆☆ Service

This is the best dealer ship in the whole dayton, fairborn ohio area. Dear people, out there,, if you are looking for a new or used car, and you have work and few pay stubs,jeff smidt will get you a car. Give them a tried first, people stop wasting your time at other dealers,that will only turn you down. I had the best new car shopping experience with Jeff, make sure you see karissa,,garret and tim.. they are the team that will make your new/used car experience come to reality. They are the best out there.

It felt like a family. I knew in the end it was business, but I wasn’t rushed nor felt pressured at all. Ms. Val is amazing and works really well with Mr. Muterspaw!! I will definitely look to Jeff Schmitt Auto Group when making any future purchases and will keep in touch from time to time with my newest family members Val and Tim.

I have used Jeff Schmitt twice recently for both new tires and car maintenance. Staff are very professional and do their part in explanation of services so that you don’t feel pushed into spending more money than need be. I greatly appreciated the shuttle service they offer so that I wasn’t waiting in an office all day on my vehicle. Highly recommend Kirk and the rest of the team for your vehicle needs!

We were extremely impressed with the entire process. A salesman, Bryson, greeted us immediately and started the most professional textbook car sales procedure I've seen. He provided a vehicle walk-around demonstration like no other. The sales manager came out and introduced himself (classy move) and thanked us for coming in. Everyone was friendly. I just got out of the car sales business 2 and a half months ago after 10 years. That's why their process impressed me so much I know places , and I worked at places that fall short of this store. Great job, Bryson and people of Schmitt GMC.

Me and my wife purchased a vehicle from another dealership and it was an absolute nightmare with the amount of things that were wrong with it. Drew in-service worked with us, hand in hand to resolve all the issues with the vehicle and fixed everything perfectly. He also worked with the dealership that we purchased a vehicle from to assist us and getting things paid for that we’re not our fault could not recommend Jeff Schmitt, Drew and the service department enough. Forever a customer!

I had an oil change scheduled and added an alignment at the advice of the service writer. Although the appointment ended up taking roughly 5 hours, the service writer communicated very well and expedited the process when concerns were brought up.

Jake did an awesome job handling the whole process started months ago, I was in the market for something quite specific. He helped me navigate my choices and options, very professional and understanding with my questions and concerns, overall highly satisfied with my experience. Even went out of my way to bypass many other closer GMC dealers to work with them directly.

I had been shopping for a '22 GMC Canyon Crew 4WD LWB for almost 2 years. I had a national search saved with my desired specs on Autotrader. I traveled from TX to Fairborn to purchase my vehicle. Josh & Scott are awesome! After dealing with many awful dealers nationwide for a long time, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this dealership. Josh was super responsive to all my texts & these guys are great. They even added GM accessories I couldn't get locally. This Fairborn, OH dealership is a real asset to GM. Thanks again guys!

We had brought our 2015 GMC Terrain in for a safety recall on the windshield wiper system. While we were there, we also had them perform a fuel injection cleaning and decarbonize system.Drew Simpson was our service advisor. He was very nice...and took very good care of us and our car.
