Personal, friendly purchase experience, with no issues or pressure. I was offered a test drive for three different models and choose to purchase a new Forester. Credit review, additional details and coverages were explained in easy to understand detail. The experience exceeded my expectations as this was my first vehicle purchase from Wagner Subaru, having been a long time service customer. I highly recommend!

Absolutely disheartening sales encounter today at Wagner Subaru. Brought in my 2019 Forester for an estimate on warranty repairs and decided to test drive an Ascent, realizing it was a better fit for us. Discussed financing and trade-in values with Lee Blanzy, leaving around 10:30 this morning. We were thrilled, thinking everything was set when we left a message on Lee's voicemail at 11:20 to initiate paperwork, and we would return in the morning for the final signing. Exciting, right? Not so fast.At 2:00, we receive a call stating the very same Ascent was on a test drive, and the woman was contemplating buying it that day. Lee claims he didn't get our message until she was already behind the wheel. Despite clearly communicating our intention to return the next day, why wasn't the lady considering the car behind us in line? It's baffling.I've tried to support Wagner Subaru for years due to their community involvement and a positive relationship with Chris L., a used car salesman. Regrettably, that loyalty has been shattered. It feels like a betrayal, and we deserved better. Tomorrow, we're heading to Germain in Columbus to purchase a newer Ascent for less, and they've even offered a better deal on our trade-in. Wagner Subaru's loss; Germain's gain.

If you are planning on buying a.vehicle from this place, make sure you have some money ? to put down on it. My daughter had a very terrible experience with this outfit. She had picked out the vehicle she wanted and even had the paperwork started and then she was going back the next day to finalize the deal. And they told her that would be just fine. Guess what?These unprofessional salesmen sold the car out from underneath her and didn’t even tell her. Someone really must have needed a sale! That shows poor judgement and absolute terrible customer service.Word of warning folks! Go elsewhere to purchase a car. TryMatt Castrucci Auto Mall, they treat you extremely well.

I had a great experience with Wagner buying my new 2024 Crosstrek. I worked with Oliver, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and never pushy. I appreciate the efficiency in how quickly the process went once the car I wanted was in, and I absolutely love my new car! I also worked a little with Susan, who was also great and very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be recommending Wagner to everyone.

Wagner Subaru has been the best dealership experience I have ever encountered. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond in regards to accommodating needs and unforeseen circumstances. I trust every aspect of the Wagner group from Sales to Service to the Parts Department. Great job guys!

I drive an hour and 45 minutes to Wagner Subaru as the service Dept is impeccable! We have two Outback’s and I only trust these folks for all my service needs. Always go above and beyond expectations! Shout out to Ricki in service as she is my go to for scheduling and great advice on maintenance! Thank you Wagner team for doing business right!!!!

We purchased from another dealership due to a supply shortage in ‘21. Wagner has serviced our Outback except once when we were on the West Coast and had hit the 6,000 mile mark. We have had regular maintenance and used the express oil lane no appointment necessary and the car is usually ready in 45 minutes or less. We had new tires all around and the 30,000 mile maintenance and we asked about a loaner because of the length of time needed. Current driver’s license and proof of car insurance and we were doing our necessary running while the car was worked on. We now have 48,000 and had a check engine light come on, fortunately the repair was under power train warranty. We again were given a loaner car as “the Outback” is our only car. First time to own a Subaru. We are pleased with the comfort and definitely pleased with the service provided by Wagner Subaru.

Wagner has taken care of my two Subarus over the last 5 years. Great service, trustworthy, and I can’t recommend them enough if you’re local.Also, they had this S209 my last visit (Not for sale). Back in 2019 they had one for 50k and I kick myself for not buying it.

BEWARE. Stay away from this service department. After two services on the brand new (not that that should matter) car I bought from Wagner, I can say that my experiences were less than acceptable.After the first service, I noticed that some things that were included in the service and that I was charged for, were not completed.Noted. Could have been an honest mistake.I wanted to give them another chance, since I bought the car at Wagner and had a great buying experience.After my second service, THE SAME THINGS that weren't completed the first time around, were incomplete again.I immediately brought this to the service department's attention, before leaving that day.They didn't seem to be concerned in the least and despite me presenting empirical, tangible evidence that the service wasn't completed, they still insisted that it was.The only thing that I base whether I use a shop or not on, is my feeling of how much I can trust them. I have absolutely zero trust in Wagner's service department after my experiences.That's cool. Subaru of Dayton is closer to me anyway. I'll probably just buy there next time, too.I wish Wagner's service department was as awesome as their sales department.

I bought my first car 5 years ago from Wagner Subaru. She's still running perfectly thanks to the care and service provided by Wagner Subaru and their Service Department. I always feel like my vehicle is well cared for. I also appreciate that any questions or concerns that I have are addressed thoroughly and accurately.

Samantha and Mitch were very helpful and patient through our process. I was buying my first car and they were 100% understanding and ready to move at my pace, very polite and on top of every question/request I had! I had this premeditated idea that car salesmen were pushy and stubborn and I have been proved absolutely wrong by the great service i received! 5 stars for sure! plus, i love my car, and i know now that if i have any questions i can give them a call.

I really appreciated all of Lee's help in making the visits to the dealership relaxed and enjoyable, and the purchasing process very straightforward. It was absolutely worth it to make the drive from Columbus to purchase my new Outback, and I would gladly recommend anyone considering a Subaru visit this dealership!

I have always loved Wagner Subaru. I took my car in for the 120,000 and they said it would take 4 hrs. I took it in the night before due to my appointment being 8:30. They did not call me to tell me it was ready until 3:20. They said the cost would be 1,150 plus tax. They charged us when we picked it up 1,300. The labor was over 800.00. I have always taken my car for its service there. However I will not anymore. The price was to include all the inspections, filter/oil changes, spark plugs, belts ……. I think the labor was definitely overpriced! To top this off I had asked them if they would wash my car for as much money I was going to pay and they said they would.They didn’t wash my car!! That they should have done for sure since I was a loyal customer!

This is my favorite Subaru dealership in the area. They’re always looking out for the customer. I brought my forester in for a weird noise, which turned out to be a dangerous and expensive issue. They were able to get me a loaner, get my car fixed in under 24 hours, and even found me a coupon to help offset the price a little. They’re the best & my car is back to normal now because of their great techs!

The two times that I've brought my 2023 Crosstrek to Wagner Subaru I've been very pleased with the customer service. My wait times have been minimal and the staff is pleasant and takes the time to listen and to explain. Keep up the good work Wagner Subaru!!
