Andrew the pharmacist hung up on me. My dr sent thru approval for rx but pharmacy misplaced it. i went over 5 days without my thyroid pills.

I usually go here all the time to get my meds and they're always so nice to me. But today I went to get my covid shot, the first one, and they were even better with that! Like I have a huge fear of shots so them being so kind and patient with me meant a whole lot. I was actually able to do it without having a panic attack. I'm probably going to be just as nervous for the second one when I go back, but I know I can trust them. Keep up the good work guys.

Why would a pharmacy not have any carpal tunnel braces? And no an employee in sight to ask a question. Literally a waste of time to come here for anything.

I give a one due to poor the pharmacy is. I take medicine that requires prior authorization. When I was allowed by insurance to go to CVS all was taken care of. Walgreens how sends request but doctor NEVER receives it until I call then it gets done. Last time, it took so with insurance that the prescription expired. Walgreens never called to let nor the doctor know this. It took MY PHONE CALL to Walgreens to find my medicine was ready. Then I had contact doctor to let them that Walgreens needs a “ok” from to change the date. There has to be better service here. Even my doctors office made comment on how DIFFICULT IT IS TO DEAL THIS WALGREENS!!! Keep mind this doctor’s office is in Columbus and treats people from all around the state! That is bad! PLEASE work with them to make it better! This Walgreens has a SEVERE LACK OF COMMUNICATION..... this needs to improve.

I was just in there and one of the MANAGERS was wearing a mask over his mouth but not his nose. Fairborn is a Covid hot spot and if the manager of our local pharmacy can't be bothered to follow proper precautions, there's no wonder! I am also frustrated that every month the pharmacy questions my intelligence by asking me if I am aware of the price of one of my prescriptions and making a big deal about it. Two things: I pick this prescription up every. Single. Month. I KN

Yesterday I ordered a photo book online. This was my first attempt with the book we usually print photos. A few hours after I placed my order an associate called to let me know there was a problem with my book printing but they were working on solving the issue. And would call once the problem was solved. I picked my book up today and I am so pleased with the final product. I use Walgreens because the customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you for always bringing my memories to life.
