Tyler set me up and have to say it’s the best car wash in town and I’m impressed with the service- it’ll be my go to spot while I’m stationed here! They are super friendly folks that are also really thorough in getting tough spots (my car had a bunch of salted/icy crustiness happening and they hand cleaned it off and hand dried at the end too. Amazing quality and price. Hard workers- you won’t be disappointed!!!

Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location after confirming that their conveyer is damaging my rim. I have been coming to this car wash for over two years now, originally with a different vehicle.
I was always uncomfortable with the crunching/screeching noises coming from my tire dragging along the conveyer, but I never noticed any damage. Not sure why this happens, as I have not experienced it in any other car wash and I have gone to dozens of different companies.
Fast forward to this past month and I have been going to Wash it Dean with a new vehicle. The first car wash I got here in my new car, I immediately noticed a huge scratch to my black rim, and had not noticed it prior to my wash and knew I did not hit my rim on anything, but I could not be 100% sure.
Second wash today, I made sure I did not have any new scratches. Sure enough, I hear my rim scraping the conveyer as usual, and at the end of my wash I had another new scratch. THESE RIMS COST ME $2,000!!!
On top of that, I have never been fully satisfied with the washes here. You can tell from my rim alone how dirty it still is coming out of the wash. I pay over $40 a month for the highest membership and my rims are never even clean!
Always have bugs left on my windshield.. I usually try to scrub them off beforehand. Constantly having to scrub dirt and grime off leftover on my car in various places. On top of the $40+ a month, I constantly feel pressured to tip their employees drying my vehicle even though they don’t even tackle half the job.. I have to finish it afterward.
I really tried for so long to make excuses to support this local business, but I no longer can. From the limited amenities, wonky vacuums, mediocre wash, and now damage to my property, I am no longer returning and will not continue recommending this place to friends and family. At least they have not had any creepy staff employed here in a while, because they sure used to! Do you and your car a favor and just go elsewhere

It's 3pm on a Wednesday and no one came out to help me. There were no other vehicles being worked on. Also the phone number listed online says disconnected. Appeared run down. Took my business elsewhere.

Oh my goodness! Before entering the car wash two people sprayed my car and scrubbed it with soft brushes. After exiting the car wash two people dried it off. Incredible. My car looks the cleanest it has looked in years. They have my business from now on.

They did a great job once every time I go not enough help to clean inside of my vehicle.. car wash is ok .. like that they dry car with towels at end but they did a great job cleaning the inside once but they need to quit offering this service because they obviously not staffed enough to offer this
