There's something wrong with the atm here. We tried to deposit cash, but the machine could not recongize the bills. It then quickly spit out all the bills onto the ground, instead of releasing them in a way that the driver could grab them. We had to pull the car up and out of the way and get out to chase our cash that was blowing all over the lot. Be careful if you plan to use the atm here.

Right now you must do all business at the drive thru. No inside business unless you have a appointment. It was.my first time at this WPCU member center and using the machine was a little confused but the tv camera to see and communicate with a teller. They have two machines so traffic backed up a lot. Took me over a half hour to get to the machine?

Very upset that Wright Patt Credit Union is allowed to participate in shared banking but won’t service anything in regards to it bc of Covid-19 restrictions. Funny thing is that I went into 2 different Credit Unions and they both continue to do allow shared branching with WPCU members. I guess it’s a sign of respect but if we can’t bank at WPCU, then their members should not be allowed to have that ability either. Belly starred... which ones are we???

I have been going here for the last few years and using the shared branch banking feature as wright patt is open later than my actual bank and I can go there after work in time. During covid they stopped doing shared branch banking. They still haven't opened it back up. My bank said shared branch banking is open all banks are doing it except wright patt. So customers will change to their bank. Its very inconvenient for me and others who rely on this service. I love my bank and have no intention of ever switching but now I have to take time off of work to be able to make it to my bank in time when I need to cash a check or do anything. Super inconvenient to customers. I WILL not switch to wright patt especially after hearing they are the only ones not doing it. Im very disappointed and inconvenienced by this as I am sure many others are too.

Living near base, this location is perfect for us. The drive through is what we've always used and things move smoothly. Even since COVID, this has continued. Even with two out of three ATMs open and a few cars in each line, things move quickly. This is much appreciated!

I used mobile deposit for the first time after being with WPCU for several years. I received an email a couple hours later stating my check was accepted. I looked on line at my account and it said 200 would be available the following day and the remainder the day after. I proceeded to schedule some bill payments for the following day after my account said the money would be available. When the money didn’t become available the day it still says it would be on my account I called to check on the issue. The lady told me the money would be available the following morning. I waited until noon and it still was not available. I called WPCU again and they told me there is a 7 day hold . They placed the hold the day I called in when the full amount was supposed to be available. Not from the deposit date . My bank account still says the full funds will be available two days ago. This is very misleading and inappropriate for the bank to trick people into non sufficient fund fees . And the embarrassment of a returned check. Very disappointed with the lack of personal service and consideration. DON’T BANK AT WPCU . They have gotten too large and lost that personal touch . This check was from my retirement account and was not hand written. No reason for a 10 day hold . I have never deposited or bounced a check before. I would recommend going to a smaller credit union with shared banking if they don’t have enough locations.

Big, bright, comfortable lobby. Has a coin machine - no service fee charged. Every employee with whom we've ever interacted has been helpful and friendly. Clean restrooms. Coffee service in the lobby is sporadic - wish they wouldn't put it out if they don't plan to keep the pot filled.

Today was my visit at this member center. You all ROCK!! I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating employees. A beautiful and clean environment. I will be back.
