I've used Ziebart for rustproofing and paint protection for many years on vehicles I care to protect from the elements. Other rustproofing businesses apparently are far less costly, but I like the comprehensive packages Ziebart offers.

They advertise that their Nano Tint is guaranteed not to Bubble at an upgraded cost. But it does Bubble and when it’s time to replace the tint. You have to sign a waver taking all responsibility off of Ziebart if they damage your rear defrost. Well, I wouldn’t need it replaced if what you guarantee to not Bubble, didn’t Bubble! They don’t inform the consumers of this before selling you the product. This leads me to believe that Ziebart has bad business practices that need to be addressed. I will advise people through social media and possibly the news of the unreliability of Ziebart employees, product and services. I will never do business with this particular Ziebart ever again.

I brought my brand-new 2025 Bronco to the Fairborn, Ohio Ziebart for tinting, Aquapel, and rust protection — every single service was botched. The visor tint was crooked and let sunlight through, the Aquapel didn’t work at all, and the “rust protection” (their supposed specialty) had huge missed spots even after three visits. To top it off, they oversprayed onto my rocker panel.
Customer service was just as bad. The manager told me “perfection isn’t a word we use in the tint business” and at one point refused to fix anything, accusing me of “degrading” his staff — even though I was calm but upset. I had to apologize just to get them to attempt to fix the work I had already paid for. No one at Ziebart ever apologized to me.
After multiple wasted trips and shoddy workmanship, I can confidently say Ziebart is not what it used to be. If you value your time, money, or vehicle, take it anywhere else.

Made my 2021 Tundra’s under-carriage look new again and it will definitely survive the harsh winters to come (salt included)! Highly recommend-call Jerry and he’ll get you in and out fully satisfied!
