“I'm tired of reading the negativity against Cobblestone. I have lived here for 4 years and they have always taken care of my needs and wants in a timely manner. The staff is wonderful. All you have to do is give them the respect that they deserve and stop judging them. Take a step back and look at us as tenants, we tend to not use the dumpster that are provided for us. We are too lazy to break down boxes. We could be better as tenants and help the community stay clean. This way the maintenance team wouldn't have to spend at least 2 hours in the morning cleaning up after us.

This is not the Trump towers, however the apartments are clean and move in ready. I love love love my apartment. No complaints here. The reason why I've stayed here for 4 years. A lot of the problems are brought on by ourself. We could do better and work together as tenants to make it a better community.

The staff here is doing the best that they can with their resources. We could all make their jobs easier if we all worked together. If you have any issues you can always go in and talk to them and they will go above and beyond to make it right.”

“I freshly moved into this apartment complex recently with my little one, and I absolutely love it here! My apartment looks newly renovated with that beautiful modern gray wood look, it's a lot more peaceful and quiet than I expected because it seems to me that the sound is insulated really well on the interior! You hear things in the halls which is fine by me. I didn't realize just HOW MANY kids live in these apartments til me and my daughter joined the bus group! We love that: We're not alone. We have a 955 sq ft apt and it's SO SPACIOUS! Even the kitchen is roomy! I'm able to put my own mini shelf in there as a pantry. I love that my room has an extra spot called studio that I use for placing my vanity and audio equipment, really makes the main bedroom feel BIGGER! They even give you a giant locker for extra storage! I loved that! Everything is clean. Neighbors are very friendly: I love the community.

I knew things were going to start off on a good foot the moment I stepped into the clubhouse meeting the team that signed me on for my lease. Abigail was absolutely INCERDIBLE with me! She made everything flow so smoothly, was very thorough and professional, but also very heart felt. She was very HONEST with trying to find me the best deal and was very mindful and understanding of where I am financially to find what worked the best for me and my daughter. THIS really stood out to me. I felt she really sincerely cares, which is rare to find. You can tell they're good people. They even offered me water the moment I walked in! I was very impressed from the get go by the customer service. You can feel the love the moment you walk in to meet them. They hand you a paper to write any concerns on for maintenance so they can get it fixed right away, and I already had one things fixed (the door/ lock), and they were SO QUICK to respond and get that taken care of for me! So maintenance has been a good experience too. I love the fact that there's not an actual ac unit boxes stuck into the walls, it's a thermostat and vents in the walls.

Prices seem very descent here, and realistic. Especially if you're a single parent like me, and you just want to make the most of it for your kid. I love the fact that they have someone who comes pick up your trash everyday except weekends so you don't have to go run to the dumpster so often: Trash vallet. They do have washers and dryers and even hand you a card to upload money onto! They just made everything so easy, and walk you through everything so smoothly. They even give you an app to be able to make your rent payments on, which they helped me log into.

Parking is never a problem for us, which I greatly appreciate! I love how suburban it feels and it's not cluttered at all. At first I thought I was going to be bothered that the moment you get out, you're on a busy road, but it actually is GREAT! Everything is right there on one road, so close by! They have 2 pools!? A tennis court, and dog park, multiple playgrounds, balconies... We really can't WAIT for summer to roll around.

I would rate this 5 stars as of now, but I do think the halls and stairs could definitely use more work, as you'll notice the outside is BEAUTIFUL, and so are the inside of the actual APARTMENTS (which is what matters the most), but the stairs and halls, they look beat up and chipping. Other than that, I really can't complain. They're doing a great job keeping a great community going here. I can't wait to see where it goes from here.”
