Delayed my vacation due to 2 different vehicles not working properly. Had to drive an hour to the airport to pick up 3rd Vehicle. wasted 8 hours of my day.

Fairfield Ohio Location was good, the Knoxville Tn location was horrible and completely unprofessional lack of customer service. as was the Winter Haven Florida location who wouldn't even stop leaning against the wall long enough to come look at my car and see if it was even safe to drive.
