“Corp reservation was unavailable after a month prior booking. No rental space had cars. Said it would be a 6 hour wait. The manger at my pick location even talked to the corp representative and asked them not to book reservations for cars they dont have. Went directly to my pick up location and the agent (Toure) was able to pull some strings and get me in a vehicle because he knew I would miss my appt if I didn’t have a vehicle.”

“From the moment I stepped into the rental place I felt at ease. The gentleman behind the counter was helping another customer and he was so engaging and friendly. I kept looking at him like I knew him from somewhere. When it was my turn to interact, I told him who he looked like and turns out it was his brother! We went on taking about that I didn't get his name and I'm sorry for that. He told me he didn't think that I was coming but he looked at the reservation and saw that I was flying in because I was returning the car to the airport. Now this is what I call customer service at its best! My flight was delayed and he could have given the car to someone else but didn't thank God! He engagement alone will make me rent from you all again! I wanted to add this tidbit. It snowed the day I was leaving and the amount was a few inches. I went to put my luggage in the trunk and there's a snow scraper to my delight! I'm not sure if other car rental companies do this but THANK YOU! It definitely can in handy.”
