“I rent from this location at least twice a year (when I travel up from Florida to visit family). The staff is so friendly, professional, and courteous. The cars are always spotless and the employees make sure you are comfortable with the car before you leave the lot. I would highly recommend this Budget/Avis location for your car or truck rental needs.”
“From the moment I stepped into the rental place I felt at ease. The gentleman behind the counter was helping another customer and he was so engaging and friendly. I kept looking at him like I knew him from somewhere.
When it was my turn to interact, I told him who he looked like and turns out it was his brother! We went on taking about that I didn't get his name and I'm sorry for that. He told me he didn't think that I was coming but he looked at the reservation and saw that I was flying in because I was returning the car to the airport. Now this is what I call customer service at its best! My flight was delayed and he could have given the car to someone else but didn't thank God! He engagement alone will make me rent from you all again!
I wanted to add this tidbit. It snowed the day I was leaving and the amount was a few inches. I went to put my luggage in the trunk and there's a snow scraper to my delight! I'm not sure if other car rental companies do this but THANK YOU! It definitely can in handy.”
