About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a mix of convenience, affordability, and friendly service. Many customers appreciate the easy setup process and the helpfulness of the staff, who are noted for being polite and accommodating. The vehicles are typically clean and well-maintained, with some renters highlighting the comfort of their cars. However, some experiences with the return process have been less favorable, particularly regarding cleaning fees for ordinary dirt. One customer had to drive to a car wash to avoid a hefty fee for not vacuuming the car before returning it. Overall, while the rental process is generally smooth and the prices competitive, customers are advised to be mindful of cleanliness to avoid additional charges. Despite minor issues, many return to this Budget location for its good service and value.

The young man that handled my car rental was fantastic. I'll rent again from the Fairfield Ohio location because of him.
