“I’d like to react to the person that gave such a scathing review for the showroom manager. I’ve dealt with her for many years for my client projects. She is knowledgeable about products, she is friendly, helpful and professional. It is because of Carrie that I keep going back. I don’t like how you demeaned her appearance and personality. Shame on you.”

“I waffled between lugging 45 sheets of drywall into the basement by myself or having it delivered. I ended up choosing M & M and was met with great service from ordering to delivery. The delivery was especially impressive with two guys traversing a wet slope to get everything into my basement. To say they crushed it would be an understatement.”

“The staff was super friendly and professional, especially the lady at the front desk who was very nice and welcoming. Even though I arrived just 30 minutes before closing time, they still went above and beyond by loading me a day in advance. Really appreciate their efficiency and willingness to help drivers out.
