Richard and his staff are top notch professionals. Not only are they able to diagnose problems with your firearm quickly, the team has the ability to fix them at a VERY affordable cost. Not a gunsmith. Tore up the inside of receiver with a dremel to shorten the length of screws used for a rail they had drilled and tap for me earlier. When work was originally completed screws were too long and prevented removal of barrel.

I didn't even feel comfortable entering because the apparent owners were in front on a bench glaring at me when I pulled up, so I went to another store in the vicinity for an hour, came back, and the same two men were glaring at me. If indeed these were the owners, it's a bit of a hostile move to camp outside your own store. If not, well these two men made me very uncomfortable
