“The DXL store on Princeton Pike always has great merchandise and even better associates.Todd was the man this time. He was kind & understanding with allowing me a late return, no questions asked. He let me go search the shoe department on my own, though he would walk over to make sure that I was finding what I needed. Absolutely no pressure. Always helpful and always kind to strike up a conversation. That was Todd, and he’s the reason that I will continue to shop this DXL store in the future!!!”
“I absolutely love Kohl's and this location is among my favorites. It is always clean and organized. The staff are the friendliest and always help me make sure I get the best deals and wish me a blessed day. I have never had a bad experience here. The dressing rooms sometimes have a bit of clothes left in them, but I think that's on guests more than staff. The prices are great-- especially the clearance and sales and I often find what I am looking for. They have great selection from clothes to shoes to jewelry to things for your home. The size of the store is perfect. Not too large and overwhelming, but big enough to keep me there for a few hours and have a little bit for everyone.”

“I had an online pick up order at this location on Christmas Eve. I just want to mention that I was very impressed to see how organized and clean this location was!!! I have been to multiple Rally House locations in the Cincinnati area and this specific location seems to be the most organized. This definitely helps the customer experience to be much more enjoyable to shop and I will make the extra 30min drive to this store for this reason! I will also say that the employees at each location have always been very helpful and friendly so I will continue to recommend Rally House to family and friends.”

“The selection of clothes is great. It's convenient when looking for a specific item. The prices are high when there isn't a sale. Basically, if you want an item, you should wait for a 30-50% off event. They have a great selection of men, women and kids clothes. My only complaint is the quality leaves something to be desired. Old Navy is no stranger to low-mid quality products though.”

“My husband rented his tux from Mens Wearhouse for our wedding and we had an issue with the sizing.He was measured at a different location and the measurements were wrong, so when we went to pick up at this location, as planned, 2 days before the wedding, the tux did not fit.Dayron, the manager, helped us with re-measuring and re-ordering with delivery the next day.Nolan helped us when we returned to pick up the tux and made the minimal alterations we needed easy!Both of these men helped to make things right after a stressful first fitting.If you need somewhere to buy or rent a suit, I highly recommend this store.”
“Visited twice with my son to browse for homecoming, once yesterday & another day last week, there was a different employee each visit. We received excellent customer service!! Both men were very customer oriented, they were very helpful, patient and informative. The prices are a bit steep but from what I saw the clothing is good quality & they also have a lot of accessories that may be needed . I like that the store is smaller and I also like that the store has mannequins dressed in the different types of suits & labeled for customers to view. I was going to return to make a purchase yesterday but I ended up not feeling well so I'll return later this evening or tomorrow.”
“I have always had good experiences at this location.My husband and I visited to find tuxes for him and his groomsman for our wedding last February. We originally tried the Florence location, but were appalled at the lack of customer service and decided to try here instead. Much much better!We were greeted and helped by a soft-spoken woman and a friendly but sarcastic man (both in their late 20s to early 30s). They helped us figure out what we wanted and helped my husband with his clothes, taking measurements and making sure everything was right. We had a truly pleasant time talking and laughing with them as we worked everything out.My husband's second experience was getting fitted for his brother's wedding about a month ago. I wasn't with him that time, but he said it went pretty smoothly.Third experience was this past week, dropping by to make sure the tux fit him correctly and taking it home with us for the wedding next week. The lady working there greeted us and quickly got everything ready for my husband to try on. Everything fit well and she offered to steam the suit coat for us, which we gladly agreed to. It was a pretty quick visit, but good overall.”
