“The Ross Post Office is very convenient. It is seldom as crowded as some other branches. Cindy is the Postmistress who is there most days. She always has a smile and is knowledgeable and helpful. Appointment was at 3:30. Arrived here at 3. Docked by 3:15 and started getting loaded at 3:20. Done loading by 3:41
Check-in door is located near door 20 and 21. One driver must be present while loading. Put 4 straps inside trailer.”

The lady who was helping me got confused with the addresses, and it took her about 20-30 minutes to enter them into the system. The addresses were a bit complicated (UK boroughs)
, but she was very helpful, patient, and nice.
Honestly, all these USPS offices have long needed a tech upgrade so you could just take a picture of the address, and it would appear in their system. The process takes too long when one person writes it down, and another enters it into the system later.
But the office and the staff were pleasant and helpful.”
