“Someone parked in front of my mailbox so my mail/a package I was expecting was not able to be delivered. I contacted Trenton Post Office to see if I could pick it up and a kind individual named Nick offered to grab it from the mail carrier and went as far as to deliver it to my house. I am still shocked at the wonderful customer service I was shown.”
“I come here to do all of my USPS errands. The people who work at this branch of the USPS are extremely friendly and willing to help. They have even let me use their packaging tape on occasion, no charge. I don't think this office deserves the low rating it has, as my experience here has always been overwhelmingly positive.”

“The Ross Post Office is very convenient. It is seldom as crowded as some other branches. Cindy is the Postmistress who is there most days. She always has a smile and is knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever we have had a problem or a question, she has been able to help us.We are always happy to see her.”

The Fairfield location is quite another story. The Court Street Hamilton location is in a beautiful historic building with painted murals inside and decorative features not seen in modern construction.”

Appointment was at 3:30. Arrived here at 3. Docked by 3:15 and started getting loaded at 3:20. Done loading by 3:41
Check-in door is located near door 20 and 21. One driver must be present while loading. Put 4 straps inside trailer.”
“I needed help with forwarding my mom’s mail to my house after she passed away. I got really emotional during the transaction, and the two employees, one of whom was named Mani, who were working treated me with so much kindness and empathy. I will always appreciate them and the way they treated me.”
“I almost canceled my trip to the post office because of such bad reviews, but in reality, I’m giving it a solid four stars. A good office, three employees on a Saturday afternoon.
The lady who was helping me got confused with the addresses, and it took her about 20-30 minutes to enter them into the system. The addresses were a bit complicated (UK boroughs)
, but she was very helpful, patient, and nice.
Honestly, all these USPS offices have long needed a tech upgrade so you could just take a picture of the address, and it would appear in their system. The process takes too long when one person writes it down, and another enters it into the system later.
But the office and the staff were pleasant and helpful.”
