“Today I had the privilege and the pleasure of doing a business transaction with Shadia,. She is a very professional and efficient person very knowledgeable and thorough about all of the details in order to complete the process of renting two storage places from Ross storage in today’s Business world it is rare to find such professionalism as what Shadia, displayed. She is a very pleasant and kind person who goes over and beyond to ensure that the experience is complete and very professional as a business owner I would consider Shadia,. to be a tremendous asset to the company, and I think she deserves the recognition for her work ethic. “I lease a space here for a reasonable price. It's a gravel yard so some may not be pleased with that. It's a convenient distance from my house. An added bonus is the dump station in the yard. While it's rare that I can't dump where I camp, knowing I can always dump here is great. I gave them four stars for the gravel lot and quite a few units that appear abandoned. That being said, it works for us.”
