“I had an incredibly stressful experience at another Xpress Pro location (Colerain), where I went in for a tire patch under warranty and left feeling frustrated and unheard. While inspecting the tire, a corroded lug nut caused a stud to break. I was quoted over $660 for a hub bearing replacement—even though the issue stemmed from a previous faulty install on their end. I refused to pay. To make matters worse, I was told I’d have to drive away with only four lug nuts since, which I knew was unsafe.

Thankfully, everything changed when I called the Fairfield location and spoke with Brian. He truly listened, showed compassion, and took immediate action. He contacted leadership on my behalf, and the District Manager got involved and resolved the issue professionally and fairly. I felt heard, respected, and safe—something I didn’t get at the other location.

A week later, I noticed the patched tire from Colerain location was still losing air. I called again, and Brian and Christian had me come in right away. Christopher (Big Red) quickly diagnosed the problem: a missing tire stem cap, something small but critical. They replaced it immediately and had me back on the road in minutes.

Both times—July 9th and July 17th—the Fairfield team handled everything with care, integrity, and a level of service that has earned my trust-- I even spoke to another customer while waiting in the lobby who said her experience was great too.
