I originally spoke with Fred and he was moody and no help whatsoever. I then spoke with Mr. Russell who was only slightly more helpful but was slightly more moody.

I've had some pretty terrible service here in the past but if today was any reflection on current status than it's gotten much better. I've complained enough that I figured when I had a good experience I should let them know.
