I originally spoke with Fred and he was moody and no help whatsoever. I then spoke with Mr. Russell who was only slightly more helpful but was slightly more moody.

They love to say they attempted delivery and claim the business is closed but cameras show they never even attempted. 🤷🏻♂️

Had a package be claimed it was delivered when it never came. Said it was delivered at 9pm. Our mailman comes between 10am and 12pm. I have camera outside my front door and nobody ever showed up. I tried calling and couldn't get in touch with an actual person.
