My 99 year old dad came in having a problem with his phone. It's on my account Greg called me to let me know and he helped him which was so very nice of him. Then he noticed I had a loyalty offer and I came in today and got my new phone. He also told me about adding a line offer which I did and I got a new tablet. He also took a lot of time helping me get everything set up. He was awesome and very patient with me!

I can in getting spam calls and spam texts and Logan Cox recommended Verizon Mobile Protection to get the call filter and antivirus installed to stop my issues. This worked out perfectly for me and I would recommend you go to this store for Verizon Wireless issues.

Worked with Troy yesterday. I didn't feel pressured to get the newest latest phone like I did at other stores. He looked up my account and found the best deal for me without feeling like I was in a car dealership. He didn't rush me and made sure everything was in order before we left. I definitely recommend this store, and working with Troy!

Came in for the Verizon Internet after hearing good things about the quality Troy was able to find me a deal for 45 a month I got the new tv for free which was one of the perks and Disney plus for free for a year didn’t expect to get those deals great store and service
