“I have been coming here on and off for two years. Sometimes you’ll get unlucky with someone who doesn’t care, but that wasn’t the case this morning. I didn’t get his name, but the man working the car wash this morning was very thorough in spraying off my car before it went through the wash (which was in desperate need of a good wash since it’s parked outside under a tree), and he was very kind. Thank you!”

“First time coming through. New to town from New Orleans. Found out that one of the employees is also from Nola and it was nice talking to him about our home town. Turns out he use to dj at one of the same clubs I was a door man for. Small world! Was super helpful and convinced me to sign up for the monthly wash as many times as you want package. Price was kinda high but after going through it made it def worth it! Thankyou to Drew for making my move up here alittle bit easier and welcoming. I’ve had two of my coworkers sign up also bc of how great this wash is. Never been in a car wash like this before and never plan on ever going to another wash again! 10/10 stars for me! Thankyou Drew and the rest of your team!”

“I had a great experience with Smart Auto Detail. They did an amazing job detailing both the inside and outside of my car, and it honestly looks almost brand new again. Mauricio and the team was professional, friendly, and paid attention to all the little details that usually get missed. The exterior shines beautifully, and the interior is spotless and smells fresh. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough car detailing service.”

They were very accommodating for my schedule and it was great to have them come to me. The prices are very fair for how well my car was cleaned! Thanks guys! I'm very happy.”

“My poor car needed help. After 13 years, it needed some attention. Adam did a great job! My car is clean and shiny inside and out. He was meticulous. When I picked it up, he saw a spot and immediately polished it. (I didn’t see anything.) Will absolutely use again.”

“The employees and Managers at this location go the extra mile and always seem eager to help you with any issues you might have. They have helped me on a few occasions, even calling me back and willing to refund me on a missing bumper magnet that went missing in the wash. One of the managers was even conscientious enough to ask me my thoughts and opinions on how I thought they were running the place. (NOTE: Always take your bumper magnets off your car before taking in through a wash)”

“Good carwash, does a decent job for the most part. The one gentleman that always seems to be working the front tat sprays the car down and takes your pay code taller guy with shorter braids is always so friendly and upbeat. He also takes care to make sure everything is sprayed down properly.my only complaint is it never seems to get the back bumper cleaned decently. Same for my new car which is a different make model so ta not the car itself. I do like the towel dry at the end. The kids drying it off always do a good job and it's a Nice touch. Prices are high but they all are now. I'd suggest getting the monthly package if you intend to go more then just once. It makes it worth while”

“Truly Brought My Cadillac Lyriq Back to Life! I recently took my 2-year-old Cadillac Lyriq to Splash II on Copley Rd. in Akron, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. What sets them apart is their dedication to quality: Every vehicle here is hand-washed, and the attention to detail from the team is nothing short of miraculous. My Lyriq wasn't brand new, but when they were finished, they somehow managed to bring it back to life! The wash was so meticulous it made me fall in love with my car all over again. Every surface was spotless and restored to a spectacular shine. On top of the phenomenal service and personal care, they offer a great rewards program. It's the perfect bonus that absolutely guarantees I'll be a returning, loyal customer. If you want a wash that revitalizes your car with true, hands-on passion for detailing, Splash II is the only place to go! Highly, highly recommend!”

“This car wash is by far thee best in the Akron area! The key to a great wash is soft clothe when a thorough pre-spray off is completed. I use is wash on a weekly basis and the prewash is always done which removes all of the harmful grime that could scratch your paint. A hand towel dry is always done. The monthly subscription price for unlimited washes is more then worth it ... especially in the winter months to remove all the salt.”

“Only one here on a Wednesday. In and out on about 10 minutes. Automatic wash did a good job removing the salt from my vehicle. I chose the $10 wash. There are 4 levels of wash, each a bit better as you go up in price. If you pay by cash and expect change, it will be delivered in dollar coins.”

“I was helped by a very kind attendant who I think was the owner on a busy Sunday wash day with all the ice and salt we've had...When he saw that mid wash the bay I was in wasn't operating to its fullest ( which I didn't even realize ) he came in and asked me over to the second bay and let me through again no charge. It's rare to witness kindness these days so I like to point it out when I experience it. Please give this local spot your business. Hard to find no muss n' fuss drive thru washes like this one”
