“This is really a nice store!! Unlike a couple of other Dollar Tree stores which I have shopped in, it is VERY clean. The shelves were well stocked and orderly. Aisles were not cluttered, again not like some of the other Dollar Tree stores in this town. It appears larger and has many items not found in other Dollar Tree stores, like a large selection of paint brushes and paint rollers. Although it's distance is a bit farther away than the closest Dollar Tree store to me, I definitely will again shop at this store again!”
“I really appreciate this Family Dollar. It is clean, well stocked and the employees are respectful and do their jobs well. I've made two suggestions and they listened and fulfilled them both times. “The store is clean and the employees are helpful. I had a migraine a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for Pepto-Bismol tablets but they didn't have any. The manager was kind enough to mention ginger chews which helps with nausea. She took me over and showed me where they were. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help me.
The lines can get rather long but I feel like they do the best they can with the staff available to get the lines moving and I appreciate that
I also noticed they have their brand of Zyrtec 10 pills for $1.25 and it works just as good as Walmart brand of Zyrtec that would cost almost $5 for the same amount of pills.”

“I went to this store to return a private brand item that I had purchased at a different DG 20 miles away. The item had not been used and I had the receipt. I was told I would have to take the product to the store where I purchased the item. Considering that DG is not a franchise but is in fact a corporation, I called their corporate Customer Service line where they briefly researched the policy and then stated "Dollar General brand items must be returned to the store where purchased. However, private name brand items can be returned to any DG store in the US for full refund.'
This was one of two DG in my neighborhood that gave me the same runaround. Both stores had very friendly staff that wanted to help me but felt their hands were tied. Dollar General...Train your staff!!!”

People that work at family dollar are very kind and friendly. They will help you if you ask.
They can’t help coming out of the Covid pandemic, and no one wanting to work. To now with the economy and still, nobody wants to work.
People have some empathy and be kind to others. Or you could be working there and asked to do 20 things and not being able to accomplish it all.
If you feel that way, go back to Giant Eagle or Acme I’ll stay here!!!!”
“Once you understand Dollar Tree, you can love Dollar Tree. The extra .25 they added to the prices has provided a terrifying boost to merchandise quality. Oftentimes the merch here was once much more than $1.25 at one point in its existence at some other store, which is a solid reminder that the monetary value of items is arbitrary and none of this is real.Unlike Planet Fitness, Dollar (Twenty-Five) Tree is the true Judgement-Free Zone. I dare someone to look down on me whilst in there. I dare myself to do the same. In Dollar .25 Tree, we are all equals. There is no class system, no war. We can all afford something in there and we all smell that toxic odor wafting into our bloodstreams from the tremendous selection of holiday home decor. Let me put out some little Christmas trees and you try to tell me they're not from Target. You can't. Also, get out of my house, this visit is over.This one has a greeter at the door and I truly think she is one of the reasons Dollar Tree rises above other discount retailers. She reminds you that you're human during an errand where you might forget.At Dollar Tree you can find your 4th grade home room teacher and 6 women on an extended cigarette break. You can find accessibility to excess and you can say no to it.Don't buy the eyeshadow. Do buy the dish washing gloves.”
“In the last few months this store has made so many improvements. The new Manager is very nice. You are greeted when you walked in. The cashier always has a warm smile. “The times I have visited this store while open the staff were friendly, as well as the store was decently kept organized. There were alot of packages that weren't stocked yet, but overall the store seemed clean. I think maybe once they hire any needed staff alot of issues would be resolved.”

“For the short staffing and hours this store has, they're doing a great job. Shelves are getting stocked with lots of options and all items are marked if they're above $1.25, and the staff does their best to accommodate customers. Honestly can't complain, I've seen worse Dollar Tree's around the Akron area.”
