When it happened twice within a few weeks, I was very upset and felt disappointed because my fiancé and I had been going through them for over 3 years. The second time it happened, I asked to meet with the manager, Jammie. Once we sat down and talked with her, she was very empathetic and understanding. She was able to explain to us all the missing pieces of the situation and help us understand. I just wanted to come on here and say that we really appreciate the help and support we received when we walked through the door. It was amazing service, and I can say that was one of the best manager services I've had when dealing with an issue. Thank you again, Jammie!?”

“Quality jewelry and service. I drive almost an hour to buy my jewelry here and get existing jewelry sized. My only complaint is their lack of weekend hours, especially for out of towners who work during the week--closed at 3:00 on Saturday with no Sunday hours.”
