I was informed by this branch representative that it's unknown if Flagstar was still viable as a bank. I assisted and assured by other branches that problems were only with phone system.

I do have an account here but let me say I love this bank and the employees!! They took the time to help me with my rolled change and cashed it in for me. I recommend this bank (any branch) to anyone and everyone
