“I have been a PNC Business Banking customer for over 35 years and while my business has transitioned from Chicago to Ohio I was concerned about the level of service. The branch manager, Nick is really one of the top banking professionals I have been introduced too in years. He proactively scheduled to meet me and find out about my business, how they can help me and also just asked about me. This rarely exists these days and it reminds me of why I opened my first account with PNC all those years ago. Great branch, top rate manager. Thank you PNC for bringing Nick to us.”
“What can I say, it's a bank. It's open till 5:00, 6:00 on Fridays. It has a drive-in ATM in the back. The tellers are pleasant and knowledgeable. And that's about it.”
