I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but the girl at the register who helped me the other day was so incredibly rude. She cut me off when I was talking and overall was extremely condescending when I was asking about the sale. It’s disappointing because I usually have great experiences here. I couldn’t even get her name because it was just such and uncomfortable situation, but she had a lot of piercings.

HANNAH M is extraordinary in connecting with customers! I was about to leave when she suggested I see the new line of make-up just in. The blush was mixed with a hint of shimmer. Fantastic packaging and marketing.
“Where was it made?” I questioned.
“Italy”, Hannah M responded.
“Sold!” I said satisfied.
There are workers and then there are those with the gift of sales. When I come to the mall I dress down (of course my make-up is flawless) because I only want to give my money to people who recognize that every customer is a potential client. I don’t advertise my wealth by choice.
The assistants at Sephora should receive comisión on sales. Arthe very least Hannah M deserves a $3.00 automatic raise. If I see her potential you will loose her to a company who will definitely pay her more.

I wish I would’ve gotten their names for this review but the women who helped me a couple days ago were so kind and amazing. I’ve seriously never had a better experience in a Sephora. They helped me find exactly what I needed and didn’t make me feel stupid with all my questions.

Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. Couldn’t find something i wanted so i opened the drawer below because ALL the workers were too busy standing in an isle all talking and not offering help. The employees are so hard to communicate with and just in general so rude. I cannot believe it and I just wanted to be out of there ASAP. Never going to this location again that was absurd.

I have always had excellent service here. Even when they‘be been busy, someone greeted me and said they’d be available to help shortly and they were. The selection is impressive.

I want to thank the kind, patient ladies who worked Black Friday evening at the Fairlawn Sephora. They fixed the mess Sephora online and customer support couldn’t and wouldn’t correct. Corporate Sephora…these women deserve a huge bonus. Corporate Sephora…learn from these ladies in Ohio.

Ask for Bri - book a glam makeup session or a makeup lesson. She’s absolutely fantastic and what I didn’t buy while I was there, I bought two days later. Love everything there!
