    Best experience! Easy from start to finish! I was trading in an old phone for a new one. Took less than 45 minutes. Spectrum associate was nice and helpful!

    Kathy Gowin was absolutely exceptional! She took her time helping my elderly mother get a new phone on Saturday September 12. My mother’s phone was damaged from water and Kathy was able to transfer all the info to a new phone ! She was so nice and professional and knowledgeable !!
