“We had excellent service provided by Felicia. She was able to take care of an issue with my phone and help us get a new phone for my husband. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We waited only a few minutes to be assisted. And even with Felicia working on my phone and us purchasing a new phone, we weren’t there very long at all. We will definitely go back to this location!”

“After getting the runaround from T-Mobile support, my husband and I drove 45 minutes to get help from a physical store, and I’m so glad we did. Mike and Chris could not have been more wonderful! We were looking to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, and what started as a very frustrating process turned into a great experience. They were not only friendly and upbeat, but also incredibly knowledgeable. They walked us through every step, made sure we fully understood everything, and confirmed our bill matched exactly what we expected before we left. Thank you, Mike and Chris, for your patience and for making this such a smooth and positive experience!”
