“I haven’t actually “hung out” at Cousin’s yet, but I definitely plan to. My review is really about the incredible service I received beyond the walls of the shop. A few months ago, my wife surprised me for my birthday with an amazing humidor. I’m not talking about a 50- or 100-count box—I mean a serious “big boy” humidor. She’s not very familiar with cigars, and to make things even harder, we had just moved to the area from Florida. She took a chance on Cousin’s to help her, and it worked out perfectly. John was patient and really took the time to work with her, making sure her expectations were met while also ensuring what she wanted would actually work in our space. I couldn’t be happier with the result. John and his assistant, Rob, personally delivered, installed, and set up a beautiful humidor that I’ll enjoy for years to come. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything you did. Highly recommended!”

“I'm not an avid smoker, and going to cigar shops can be intimidating at times. I went in there today and was greeted warmly but the gentleman behind the counter (Mike). He didn't hover over, but asked what I was looking for and provided some solid advice that helped me narrow down good options for my price range and event. Aside from the friendliness and great knowledge of the proprietor, the space is also really cool! It has a poker table, some very comfortable chairs, as well as screens. They have snacks and beverages available for their guests, and I ended up lighting up with some of the gentlemen who were there. All in all, I had a great time, and I will definitely be back!”

“I'm a new cigar smoker. I recently came into Summit cigar company. I met Matt. Not only was he one of the owners, he took the time to show me around and listened to my likes and dislikes and was spot on with the cigars he choose for me. This is a incredible place with a great community. I have finally found a cigar home. Thanks Matt”

“The owner Fadia is such a friendly and wonderful lady. Always a pleasure talking to her when she is in. If she is not there is always a friendly person at the counter. Prices are fair and the cigar selection is pretty nice. The humidor could use a bit of updating. Some cigars that do not sell as fast are dried out. I will continue to shop there. Shop local!”
