“This theater is freaking HUGE! They have three floors of theaters, oh my gosh! I'm used to Hudson, which has ten cinemas on one floor.
My first IMAX experience ever, and it was cool to see the movie on the big screen. This is an hour drive from me, so I would not go here again unless it was a really, really special movie. If you live close, good Lord it's a nice theater, but REALLY LARGE.
I have an autoimmune condition, so it was hard to navigate the stairs when I had no choice. They did have an escalator that I used, and they did have an elevator but I took it to the wrong floor, so I just went down the steps ;)”

From the welcoming experience with the leasing staff during the initial tour to the professional, prompt management team during living here, you truly cannot get a better experience elsewhere. Jeanine is amazing, the resident events are frequent and enjoyable, the amenities and surrounding community are well maintained, and everything you need is at your fingertips.”
“My father resides here and loves it. All of the front desk staff I encountered were very kind (including the black lady who a few people in the reviews mentioned was rude) and the gentleman at the front (security maybe?) was also very kind and helpful.
The amenities here are pretty nice (including the gym) and the restaurant on sight (summers place) had really good food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant was also nice and it had a beautiful view of the lake. I enjoyed my experience there and felt welcome.”

“I've been living at the Castlewood for over 5 years and love it here. The staff are helpful and friendly and any issues are resolved quickly. I'm especially grateful for Lisa who worked long and hard to get a new recumbent bike for the fitness center. She's great!”
“I had a great experience with maintenance and the leasing office this week as a few lights in my apartment needed replaced, one is a bigger fixture and needed parts ordered, Chloe in the leasing office was very helpful in letting me know this may delay the process and did not keep me in the dark of the delay. When the part came in Greg from maintenance called me day of and gave me options of different light settings and let me pick what I preferred & let me know my dog was “helping” hang the light and sent a photo as well as a photo of the completed task!
Knowing when someone was in my apartment (while I was at work) and done with the task at hand was very appreciated!”
“This has been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. The property is always clean and well-kept, and the amenities are in great condition. The management team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which shows they really care about residents. Overall, it’s a quiet, safe, and welcoming community. Highly recommend!”
“My AC Unit wasn’t working so I called the emergency number. Mickey called me and let me know he had to get his partner Justin to come help with installing a new unit. Total time between calling and my unit being installed was an hour! With the heat this week and knowing it was a holiday weekend I couldn’t thank them enough! Great customer service on their part and very professional!!! Thank you soooooo much to Mickey and Justin, keep up the great work!”
“As a delivery person in the area I can only speak on this matter. Everytime I’m here the folks are nice and it appears clean. In the winter it’s salted. Elevators work well. It appears they have lots of activities and perks for the residents which I find really sweet. Keep up the good work!!!”
“Overall great place to live if you’re just starting off, are a small family, or even single! Just be wary they’re very small apartments. However, grounds are beautifully kept, friendly office staff, nice pool, small but cute playground…. 4 stars because we did run into a few issues that could have been handled better but otherwise a great 2 years!”

“Been living here since March 2020 and great apartments for families with kids.
Senior are welcome but haven't seen too many of them because when it snows here the parking lots are a sheet of ice to get to your garage so lucky we have our walkers to get across.”
