Common Threads is an upscale thrift store, voted "Best in CLE" multiple times. It is a 100% local and 100% non-profit business. The store is well-organized, clean, and has top-notch displays with thousands of new items weekly. It is praised as the best thrift store in Cleveland and the area, with many customers calling it their favorite. The store offers daily deals and specials, with 50% off all clothes every Thursday. Shoppers find really good finds and decent prices, often leaving with great treasures. The staff is always polite, friendly, and cheerful, providing impeccable and helpful customer service. As a non-profit, it supports the community and creates a livelihood for its employees, distinguishing itself from for-profit thrift stores. Donations are vetted with care, ensuring items are not junk. The pickup service for donations goes above and beyond. Some customers note a rise in prices, especially for shoes and clothing from certain brands, wishing for lower costs. There is also a comment that the jewelry selection can be picked through. However, the overall experience remains highly recommended.
Great little thrift store. Clothes are a little pricey in comparison to competition but for baby stuff, trinkets, decor, books and media, the prices are amazing. Service is great. Love visiting here when I’m in the area.

Both locations are great! Good prices and sales. I mostly thrift home goods. They have a decent selection of items.
