“Such a great little treasure. There are many different vendors in separate areas of the store, each holding a number of items from antiques to jewelry you some great crafts! The F Bombs are my favorite. The staff and vendors were super polite and very helpful. Each item is marked with a tag containing price and special code to indicate which vendor it belonged to. Items ranged from a few bucks on up depending on what you're looking for.”

“This store is nice, but the shoes are getting way to expensive...this is a thrift store for most people that don't have lots of money..Also someone picks through the jewelry and leaves nothing but junk...wouldn't it be nice to at least find a gem now and then. lower the shoe prices Please”

“I love the Good Neighbors Thrift shop. It is my new favorite place to donate goods to. All the people that work there are volunteers with wonderful, loving hearts ❤️. Every single time I have taken donations in, I have looked around and not left empty-handed. The goods are priced to sell, and the profits go to charities.”

“Great little thrift store! They have a great selection of used Furniture, Clothes, Books, and household goods and decor. The stock rotates pretty quickly, so you can expect to see new items every couple of weeks. It is actually a Charity shop as well. So all the proceeds go to helping the community! They run a food pantry on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12-2.The Thrift store is open Thursday and Saturday from 9-5.”

“Love thrifting, if you love thrift store bargains you can find them here have helped complete a glassware collection with a few item from here, got some great camping boots, a backpack, a few wool flannels all in great shape & the glassware collection pieces helped grandma out too! No chips, no cracks, no damage flawless & the prices were all much more reasonable then a marketplace, garage sale or online purchase let alone retail!!”

“This is a great goodwill. I don't usually write reviews but I really wanted to come out here and say that specifically Corrine as hard working as hell. I swear she's the employee I always see cleaning the store front and greeting every customer. A lot of stores around here are trash but it's ppl like Corrine who keep nice places great.”

“I love this location. It’s close to my work. Only negative thing I can say is that last time I went they said they don’t do bags anymore (what?! charge 10 cents more per item and give me a dang bag) so I ended up juggling huge arms full clothes I got for my grandson out to the car. At least start months before warning people that starting such and such a date you’ll need to bring your own bags. >: |”

“Successful trip to the goodwill. The only thing is that they didn't give me a bag and I had a handful of stuff. But that's not really a big deal. They had a good selection of men's shirts.”

“Use to work for the company so ik what to expect, at least fir pennsylvania. This store was well organized and clean, but there was a huge section of products that didn't have any prices on them (looked like product from other stores.) Every employee I asked seemed to have no idea and didn't offer to either price it or apologize and say that they were repricing it for the next day. When I was done shopping, the cashier had some off colored comments about buying Halloween items early and gave some weird comments that left a bad taste in my mouth whenever I said they were for decorating early so I could enjoy them. The girl seemed friendly. However, she definitely me feel uncomfortable, and it wasn't professional at all.”

“The store was clean to me it didn't smell that bad at all they have all kinds of stuff there but they are mixing the men's and women's clothes together making it hard to find stuff but you can find nice prices but only 2 tags are half price and 1 is. 99cents but they refuse to take $50 dollar bills I had spent almost $77 dollars but they still refused to take a $50 dollar bill claiming that they can't break a $50 dollar bill so if you do not have anything less than a $50 dollar bill you cannot shop there but Strongsville salvation army said that they don't take a $50 dollar bill but they tell you that if you spend close to that amount or over they will take it”

“Besides OCD resellers who stalk the store it’s my favorite thrift store in the Cleveland area.Let’s talk about the resellers tho!Every single time I come here, doesn’t matter the day of the week or time of the day, the same half a dozen guys are here. One always scanning books with his stupid ugly elbow scanner, the guy who waits for stuff to be brought out, the guy who mumbles and talks out loud like he’s on a reality show while he runs thru the store looking for something that was just put out. The guy who stands in the bagged toy section is the worst tho. Seems he has no life and spends all day there. If I worked here I would hate these people. I’ve been coming here years and these people come and go. They either realize they are wasting their time or they find a new store to stalk. It’s not a bad business idea but when you spend all day everyday waiting like a sitting duck it becomes a poor business plan.I’m probably preaching to the choir because this phenomenon is occurring at most thrift stores. It’s one thing to resell stuff, but it’s another to go in these stores for hours at a time every single day waiting like a hawk. Can’t you leave even 1% of the fun for other customers? No of course not, they’re egotistical and obsessed to the point they will do whatever it takes to find something to sell online and turn a profit.”
