I love this Giant Eagle. It’s smaller than other branches so you can easily find things& get in & out faster. All the employees are super nice. In particular, Dave , the pharmacist, is a great guy. He’s like a small town pharmacist. He’s friendly, he’ll stop what he’s doing to answer your questions or help you find something. This store is so lucky to have him & he’s the main reason I prefer this pharmacy.

Great place to shop for your Family members and friends . The Employee s are very friendly and helpful. I bought a drink called Green Machine, it's a Smoothie and it is very good. Balthouse is another brand of great Tasting smoothie.

Place is always clean & stocked but the cart boy they have during the week day NEEDS TO GO!!? HEZ RUDE TO HANDICAP PEOPLE ALL THE TIME IVE NOTICEDhe tried grabbing my cart when I had 1 bag in it and my cane I had to yell at him to stop & grab the cart away from him I've seen him take carts ppl put by handicap spots first one time I grabbed a cart & put it by my car cause I use 02and I went to put it in the cart he comes out of nowhere & takes the cart away I start saying hey I was using that he just ignored me & kept walking away .I've seen him to it to other ppl too HEZ RUDE HE NEEDS TO GO!!!

This place is a mixed bag. Sometimes I go and get amazing food, other times I go and leave very frustrated. Why don't they install more self-checkouts? They hardly staff the 'normal' checkout lanes, so at least smooth out the self-checkout lines!

Giant eagle ran out of Rotisserie chicken. We went in at 7:35pm and kindly asked if they had any. Per the sign (pictures) we are permitted a free rotisserie chicken coupon if there isn’t anything before 8pm. We asked for one and they person behind the counter dismissed us even after showing the signage as proof.
The reason for the 1 star was the complete apathy from this team member and initial refusal to even ask us if we needed anything when we approached. The attitude was dismissive; unwilling to even want to assist.

I wish I never came to this store & I will never again. It’s very dirty especially the bathroom. There was one lane open and two individual self checkouts available for the entire store. There were NO BAGS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE so my whole grocery load was unbagged. The lines were super long & of course everyone is glaring at you. The items are over priced & I’m guessing they also under pay their workers which is why everybody is leaving for somewhere like Whole Foods where they pay decently therefore creating a huge store to be way understaffed. Looked at 3 different containers of organic blackberries, and they were all covered in mold, and I couldn’t purchase any. Never again

The ribs that the store manager was grilling during Memorial Day weekend were some of the best that I've had in a long time. It's a very nice home town atmosphere at the Fairview Park Giant Eagle. The present manager,Joe Gaudino, has put together a good team & the store has improved a lot during the past 15 months.

One Good thing and One Bad thing....
Bad... I ordered cheese from the deli and the lady cut the cheese with the plastic wrapper still on the cheese because when I got home, I ate plastic before I realized what happened.
Good thing... I went through the line and the cashier was Wonderful. I even got her name, Katie. Younger girl with long hair. Very pleasant, rang me out..bagged everything and wished me well.

such a hit or miss when we come here .
either PHENOMENAL or AWFUL .... product either out or overly filled to customer service being top notch to the crabbiest rudest worker ive came into contact with !
