“From out of town, looking for comic book stores to check out. Carol & John’s was a perfect place to visit: great selection, nice layout, and a vibe that felt welcoming and laid-back. The staff I met were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure to point out their very heavy Back to the Future memorabilia collection after noticing my Back to the Future shirt! Carol & John’s is an excellent store, and I hope I can visit again soon.”

“Really cool shop to stop into if you like model trains, accessories, model building or mini things in general. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tiny little section of dollhouse minis for a good price there since I figured it was all trains. Some things might have been slightly more expensive than online but if you add in the shipping youd pay, it's honestly cheaper at the shop. Then other items were a pretty good deal out the door. Plus there were items I've never seen online/before so that's the beauty of real-life shopping! I talked to the guy working, he was super friendly and helpful. Said they can order things if they dont have it. I was happy to see a few other shoppers coming in and out, I hope this place outlasts ebay resellers and we can keep some brick and mortar stores around. The house is cool and old and has sandstone slabs for the front steps. My mom has a cane so she didn't go downstairs but that's life sometimes, she shopped around upstairs, she didn't mind. We enjoyed this little house of treasures! I will definitely be back.”

“Great place to nerd out. Store isn't the nicest by any means, but it makes up for it in inventory and customer service. It wasn't busy when I went, so it might not be the same if they're not, but Michael was super helpful and patient looking up the cards and searching for them without any hesitation or that he didn't want to. He knew where it would be and was very helpful. Will be back for sure when in town.
They have a huge collection of table top miniatures, tcgs, and board games.”

“My wife and I had gone in, in search of a paper cutter. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock however the young man that had helped us look for it was fantastic. He was kind and really personable. We had talked for a minute and I did not catch his name he had told us he'd been there for about 2 years. Either way that gentleman alone was enough to make me want to come back.”

“Was looking for another local cardshop to go too and came upon B&B so figured id give it a try. The selection of cards and cases is literally amazing, I mean he has everything. Right away Bob the owner greeted me, asked me if I ever been to his shop which I havent and from there we built a great dialouge. Ill definitely be coming back soon. I dont really post reviews but I support local shops that I feel are good and this shop is great so if your looking for cards give it a try.”
