“I went this location a few weeks ago. I bought two pairs of shoes from buy one and get one half off that a great deal. The employee at the store are very nice. I go to this store all the time when I need some nice shoes.”
“I had a great experience at Fleet Feet in Westlake. Bill used their foot-scanning technology to show that I’d been wearing shoes a size and a half too small, which explained my discomfort.
He walked me through the results, helped me find the right shoes, and matched me with insoles tailored to my feet. The difference has already been noticeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and the customer service was excellent throughout. If you’re dealing with foot pain or want to make sure you’re in the right shoes, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Bill.”

Bill is so down to earth and understands exactly what you are looking for because he has been a runner and hiker for years. He is so patient to work with and the way Second Sole is merchandised is clean and user friendly. You will see people of all ages getting their shoes and accessories because you always feel welcomed. “I truly cannot speak highly enough of Geiger‘s excellence to customer service and integrity! Justin spent two hours making sure that I found the right skis and the right boots. His commitment to customer service is incredible. Buying skis is a very big purchase so he was definitely a blessing from God helping me through the entire process and making sure everything was right. Even if it takes him a long time to work through something, he always ensures that it’s done the right way. For example, Even after I was there for two hours the first time when I went skiing, the second time I buckled my boots too tight. I went back and just spent an additional 45 minutes of his time going over how to properly buckle the boots. Then when I went skiing after that, I had so much fun!!! Geiger’s and Justin have my continued business with all my Ski needs!!!”

“I cannot begin to express how satisfied we are after shopping at this location. My daughter found a pair of boots that she's been searching a long time for and purchased them. The employees were really good. My daughter then left her cell phone in the store. We were in the store just prior to closing time, the day before Easter Sunday. We're from Canada and had to get back on Easter Sunday. I called first thing when they opened the next day and Krystal was kind enough to ship my daughter's phone back to Canada. Such a relief for my daughter! Cannot thank you enough!”

“Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.”

The prices are a tad higher than I like but I've always liked Athleta products a lot and they last a while. I also appreciate the fact that they usually have tall sizes in leggings. I struggle to find that at Lululemon unless it's online.”
“Let’s face it, indoor shoes aren’t what they used to be 15yrs ago. Everything is super tight and just awful. With that said, Frontline carries Vizari, an aesthetically ugly shoe, but man, they are comfortable!!! Wide fit, with new inserts and grip socks, probably the best $55 I ever spent on indoors. Trust me, get them, support a local business, and you’ll be happy with your purchase.”
“Stopped in at this Dick's location the other day while my wife and I were doing some shopping at South Park Mall in Strongsville, OH. Really great selection of a lot of various different sporting goods items and I also found an Indiana Pacers hat that I might purchase in the near future (Yes, I am a fan of our next door neighbor NBA team, please don't judge). I am really glad to see this store go into where the old Sears store used to be and its good to see such a great business do good business and revitalize that area of the mall. Very clean cut and a tremendous lot to offer. I will be back to get that Pacers hat if I get the chance.”

Purchased a much more expensive bicycle at a bike shop years ago and did not get this level of attention. Thanks for helping make my daughters birthday even more special!”
