Every time I walk in the door someone asks, “What can I help you find?” This is especially helpful in situations like today when I was looking for repair/replacement parts for the plumbing under my kitchen sink, and even when I was wrong about what I needed I went back with parts I took off and they were able to help with a refund and exchange for the right parts. I'm not a professional plumber, but I can do repairs with the support Village Hardware employees give in finding the right parts. Thanks to their help, we have our water turned back on and no leaks.
