Jim couldn't have been more helpful! He was able to switch my old phone to the new one for free, that Best Buy wanted $80 to do. I am happy with the new phone and how he was able to get me a great plan and save money doing so. I was really dreading having to get a newer phone, but Jim took care of everything and made the experience great, and my husband was happy that Jim was able to take care of things and make me happy, the saying a happy wife . . . THANKS SO MUCH JIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my payment twice. My monthly fee is $30 I was late paying it so I had to pay a $5 reconnection fee which is $35 when I paid it, it charged me $35 twice. When I called customer service they said because I paid it online I could not get it back. And that I must have paid it twice why would I pay $35 twice when I only owe $30 a month I would have paid $35 and then 30 I wouldn't have paid $35 twice I didn't have a reconnection fee twice I will definitely be looking for other service if you can't even give me back my measly little $35. Whose service was $60 for years until just recently.

Switching my phone service as soon as I am able to. I want to a store to pay my bill and I was put on bridge pay without my consent I woke up suddenly to my phone service being shut off and now I am being asked to pay $120 plus $50 that I have already spent. This is ridiculous.

The instore staff are phenomenal! They are great and try their best to help with every situation and really take care of you. No so much the phone or online customer service. Only down side to cricket.

Whatever u do don't go here..the workers have no idea what they are doing..I bought a new phone Friday and I have had nothing but problems with it..took it in today and she said there is nothing she could do..I will be going back to Verizon that's for sure

I was so done with trying to find a cellular provider as I am disabled and every other cell company was outrageous with pricing and rude to me on the phone. I tried Cricket Wireless and had no expectations. Was I suprised... placed my order online with the help of Alex on a chat...not only was he one of the nicest customer service reps I have dealt with ever...he set me up with exceptional service but went the extra mile listening to my rant about my experiences so far. I received the best phone I have ever had for free and unlimited talk text and data for well under what other providers are charging. Along with top notch customer service...you can't beat Cricket...
